1. Customer Service - Anusree helped me resolve an issue recently, which was complex. The service was timely, and I was able to close my customer renewal in time.

2. Easy UI - This is the ultimate adoption factor for us at Whatfix

3. Integration with Salesforce - Trust me! CPQ process can't get any simpler.

What do you like best about SpotDraft?

Low barrier to entry means that the platform is adopted well in the organisation. There is also great feature support, especially the MS Word integration for editing tools, which makes it even easier to make changes to a contract efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpotDraft?

I would say the only thing that has ever come up when using Spotdraft is that occasionally a customer will not receive notification to sign a contract as it is sent to junk by their organisation. What do you like best about SpotDraft?

Very easy to write an agreement and get it executed in very less time. Also, you can upload bulk agreements in a very short period of time. I had a good experience while using spot draft; It made my life easy while making agreements.

Nothing as of now. I am happy with the software Prajwal helped me understand and run through the software, and it is easy to use. And it will take less time to make the lengthy agreement. What do you like best about SpotDraft?

The contract management cycle and easy follow-up on the sent agreement are helpful. It has inbuilt easy tagging features on the agreement, making it easier to tag the team in the clauses if we are stuck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The in-built contract drafting word processor has a few shortcomings, like controlling the pointer as it starts to scroll the document on its own. It needs to give some features like clause library as default inbuilt in the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SpotDraft solving and how is that benefiting you?

As with the live updates I am getting via spot draft as to where the contract is stuck and with whom, and whether they have opened the mail for signing or not, this has been a very beneficial take for getting the agreement executed in time and this also provides a transparent and auditable history of all edits made. What do you like best about SpotDraft?

Easy to use, very efficient in managing all important legal documentation under one roof, easily customisable according to user preferences. Gmail plug-in feature is time-saving and gets things done in a jiffy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing specific, could extend the Gmail plug in to executed contracts such that they can easily be uploaded directly from the mail box. Certain UI could be improved to reduce the number of steps taken to complete a process Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SpotDraft solving and how is that benefiting you?

SpotDraft does all the heavy lifting in terms of end to end contract management, maintaining all review versions, final validation before releasing for signatures, mapping parent contract to a subsequent child, saving important deadlines, notes etc. SpotDraft is continously improvising and developing its product, customer support team takes regular inputs from the customer and resolves issues very delegiently. What do you like best about SpotDraft?

From the onboarding experience, to SpotDraft's responsiveness to issues and feature requests - SpotDraft makes contract lifecycle management a breeze! As a contracts manager, I enjoy how SpotDraft makes it easy for our users to generate and customize contracts, send contracts for signatures, and revisit them when needed. SpotDraft's Salesforce and Gmail integration showcases their responsiveness to feedback for feature requests and product feedback - both are excellent. What do you like best about SpotDraft?

As someone who isn't great with change, I've been resistant about process changes that we've incurred by implementing SpotDraft. That being said, their team (particularly Charlomee) strives to make things as simple to manage as possible and offers super consistent support! There are a ton of great features, although my favorite really is at the very end when I can see something is fully complete just by glancing at a list!

Additionally, it's great to see how much the company puts towards future growth and listens to the customer's ideas about ways to make the product better. What do you dislike about SpotDraft?

The user interface is very simple, however, because the product overall requires data and information to be input, sometimes it can be frustrating to have to go through multiple screens (and remember to go through multiple screens) to make sure everything needed has been captured.
