"Very Impressive virtual office 3D."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Spot?

As a small business company, we've had work from home for a couple years. We'd used many virtual spaces and finally stop at Spot. We can freely create or rebuild all rooms design, its feeling we're playing a sim game. Good customize & reaction with avatar, interact with object and able sharing presentation. Spot have many funtions that suitable for anyone who's looking for virtual office solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spot?

I believe there are some bug need to fix. Example; some object cannot place in some area, or sometime sound/music happen when minimize. Not sure, it's my setting or not, but it's default. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spot?

We enable the fastest communications all in one place for coworkers and workers alike. Very nice features and integration with the calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spot?

The app has high graphics consumption on PC. We need a lobby to meet and greet our customers before entering a room. We need a mobile app with messaging only to replace WhatsApp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Spot - theBest Virtual Office"
5/5
What do you like best about Spot?

We are the very young startup at the moment. Thus we are all working remotely.

At the begginning i was not really believing such tools like virtual offices would be necessary. But Spot changed my mind.

It keeps us together, in touch, working efficiently.

The proposed tools and environment are quite impressive and sufficient.

It also evolves rapidly.

I want point that the dev team is working fast and on the community feedback. That's worth mentionning.

We'll keep working with Spot since it became a part of us now :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spot?

Not very much is missing, but if i had to tell here are some points.

I think there more integration with external tools would be great (outlook, notion, Miro).

I'd love to have an easier way to manpulate imported 3d objects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spot?

The ability to create a company culture in a remote world!

Ease of use

Ability to customize the space

We have our email and CRM linked to the system.

Spot also replaced Zoom meetings for our team.

The ability to engage with everyone in a camera on/off environment is amazing

Multi-person live screen share allows our trainers to model and watches simultaneously

Music streaming into the office livens the vibe

Custom Avatars

The biggest thing we love about Spot is the team! AJ, Wes, Gordan, and Andi are all amazing and there when you need them. I remember my first weekend with Spot I had a question, and the co-founder emailed me a solution on a Sunday afternoon! HUGE POINTS! HAHA Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spot?

"I didn’t think the metaverse was for us, but I actually really like it"
5/5
What do you like best about Spot?

When I first found Spot, I had seen one of their linkedin ads for a template that looked great for a company holiday party. We initially used it as an alternative to a zoom happy hour for our remote team, and after that we were hooked. Our team found it fun and engaging, and it had a low barrier to entry, giving everyone an instantaneous connection to their mic and video.

Upon researching more, we discovered it was also complimentary to corporate initiatives to give our team better ways to connect, and we’ve been leveraging it for daily standups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spot?

I’d love to see a slack integration, which we’ve heard is coming soon, so we can tie together all of our communication channels to eliminate isolation of messages. Other than that, we really enjoy it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I tested every virtual office option and Spot was by far my #1 choice"
5/5
What do you like best about Spot?

Spot was truly configured from the ground up to solve collaboration for distributed / remote teams. Whether its enjoying some drinks and food by the fire pit, hanging out in the hot tub, or looking at the photos or our staff pets hanging on the walls, we couldn't have asked for a better way to connect with people we've never had the chance to meet in person. We owe our teams chemistry and camaradarie to the experiences hosted by Spot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spot?

It's a relatively newer product, so some features just haven't been added in yet that we've seen in other solutions. That said, the dev team works very quickly and has already implemented many of our feature requests, so we're quite impressed! These are also all more minor feature requests, and the core features are all there - hence why we chose this solution over all the others we tested. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tried a few, liked Spot the best"
5/5
What do you like best about Spot?

I tried a few of the other virtual office platforms on the market for my team, but Spot was by far the most adopted. The team appreciated that it was not too overwhelming, easy to learn, and brought aspects of our previous physical office to the virtual world. It wasn’t too “game-y” nor “tech-y” that they felt the others were. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spot?

Not really a whole lot to dislike. The only thing I can think of is that some features are only available in the desktop app (like the ability to share system audio), but some of that is outside of their teams control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
