No current issues. However, we did have a firmware issue with the older cameras that we updated after deploying the SPOT AI software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Many things: (in no particular order)

The responsiveness when switching between cameras. Single Sign-on ability (a must for enterprise organizations).

Spots system is truly a breeze to install. In most cases, it's as simple as 'plug and play' - an often overused phrase but fits the bill with Spot perfectly.

They are missing a few key features that the C-Store market typically uses (POS data readouts etc.), but in most cases, the company is willing to work with you to develop any features they feel could benefit their customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spot AI?

The Cases feature allows us to segment our mentoring needs in a clean and usable way. Our mentors log in and can find videos and start coaching seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spot AI?

We're not the handiest folks so the actual installation of cameras was our biggest bottleneck. To get to the point where we could use Spot, we had to schedule a contractor to come in and wire up our coaching cameras. That made access to getting started more difficult. What problems is Spot AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have senior staff that are not located near junior staff. They often work out of different buildings that are far away. By using Spot, our junior staff can record their work and have the remote, senior staff provide quality control and coaching. I certainly recommend proper due diligence including thorough discussions with Spot AI regarding particular needs. There support and service has been excellent throughout our implementations and subsequent requests. They were flexible about our trial period as they believe in what they're doing.
