There is little to dislike. Looking back at the original set-up I suppose that was a frustration in that we had challenges with existing cameras that would not provision with the system. Spot AI makes it very quick and easy to find video footage at any of our assets across the country. It is MUCH faster than using the native NVR software. It has also simplified the footage sharing process, making it a lot easier and faster to share footage with 3rd parties including law enforcement, insurance investigators, and tenants.

It enabled us to modernize an old on-premise NVR system by allowing us to login very quickly via existing Microsoft accounts and making search and sharing of footage orders of magnitude easier. On top of all that they gave us free cameras to augment or replace the existing cameras. It was nice to be able to keep the older cameras which still had decent enough specs; we saved a lot in labor charges by not having to replace them. I wish the system could handle and dewarp the feed from a 360 cam. They also don't have some of the bells and whistles I saw in purely cloud-based systems I looked at, but since their pricing was 10x less, I understand why. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Viewing the camera system from anywhere is simple and easy. Live view is simple and looking at past video is incredibly easy as well. Creating a "case file" of pst video is as simple as it should be and not painful or stressful at any point in the process. Did I mention that you can set annotations on the videos that save to time stamps on the video? Sharing video is as easy as sending a text message or an e-mail, maybe easier. Spot AI was able to integrate with our current system, which allowed us to save money without having to upgrade our entire security system. It was one of the best decisions that we ever made. It allowed us to use an older not as sophisticated system and turn it into a "state of the art" security system and is MUCH MUCH easier to use to find specific clips of incidents that we need to search for....in a fraction of the time that used to be required.
