Spot.ai gives us the ability to review our inbound and outbound shipping procedures. When our products leave the building we can see how they were prepared and how well we packed them. If our customers let us know something doesn't meet their expectations we can check to see if there was a mistake on our end or the carrier. Occasionally our camera feed wlll be delayed, maybe 10 seconds behind live. Also, infrequently our cameras will go completely green and nothing can be seen. Typically this clears out after a minute or so, but it is an inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some cameras needed to be rebooted which was a problem when working remote. They also say you can use the cameras you more than likely already own, which is true, however you will be paying for their cameras regardless since the cost is baked into the platfrom fees.
