My first install was very difficult as I was trying to mount the cameras first and then put them in the system. So there was a lot of up and down ladders getting them registered on the system and getting them fine tuned. If you put them on the system first and then mount them, it is much easier to fine tune them through the app.

I am not a big fan of how big the IVR's are. We have some locations that dont have a building to install the IVR at, so I have to install weatherproof boxes that are big enough for the size of the IVR's plus all of other network components. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of use!

This ease includes from the installation right through to the end user experience. Nothing could be more comprehensive, yet intuitive and easy to use. Initial setup is straight forward and technicians were very helpful in getting Spot.ai to work with even pretty old existiing cameras that hadn't worked properly for years. Tested system with numerous different cameras and they all worked, even when some cameras were over 100 miles away and connected through a VPN tunnel. This system gets used every day. I have had great connectivity and have quickly and easily been able to see all our cameras. The insights feature allowing me to see activity in each camera's area is fanatastic to find and identify activities that need to be reviewed. I am easily able to access on my iphone as well. The search feature has worked very well being able to identify a window of time with insights and then preview video in definable time increments. I have a SpotAI window open all day. My only complaint is not having a 2x, 4x, 8x speed for reviewing video. It is less necessary than in other camera systems since the search feature allows you to breakdown video down into 1 minutes bites if needed, but would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
