Adding additional camera's is simple The kiosk function Being able to group camera's and users Learning curve is fairly quick and painless We have a collection of different camera's from different manufacturers, no issues connecting to any of them. **What do you dislike about Spot AI?** The only real complaint we've had is that there were no HDMI ports on the two NVR PC's, but Spot AI resolved that quickly by providing Display Port adaptors for us. **Recommendations to others considering Spot AI:** I would highly recommend Spot AI to any small or medium sized business, its ease of use and ability to grow with you is great and you won't go broke purchasing or getting it set up and running. **What problems is Spot AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We added a number of security camera's and the old NVR was unable to support them. The old NVR web interface wouldn't work in any browser except I,E. 11, the Spot web interface has worked in the browsers I use regularly without any issues. (Chrome, Firefox) We added 2 kiosks and that has been great as afar as giving others the ability to view areas that they need to see. ### 10. Pretty solid and can handle all of our cameras. We have several camera solutions, all with their own software solutions which require their one login credentials. With Spot.al, all the cameras are in one dashboard. Our mentors log in and can find videos and start coaching seamlessly. **What do you dislike about Spot AI?** We're not the handiest folks so the actual installation of cameras was our biggest bottleneck. To get to the point where we could use Spot, we had to schedule a contractor to come in and wire up our coaching cameras. That made access to getting started more difficult. **What problems is Spot AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have senior staff that are not located near junior staff. They often work out of different buildings that are far away. By using Spot, our junior staff can record their work and have the remote, senior staff provide quality control and coaching. This has enabled us to get more knowledge transfer out of our most experienced staff. ### 20.
