**What do you like best about spool?**

From here you can take control of the cloud desktop, customise your workspace, chat and set events also.
your presence in the office is not a big deal now. With Spool you can manage it easily. It supports your team on your behalf to work together.
Its secure and allows real-time working experience from your cloud system.

**What do you dislike about spool?**

The pricing is a bit high apart from this nothing much.

**What problems is spool solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When your team receive a query from the customer it can transcript the best possible keyword and send it to the sales team to resolve it. It saves lots of time and manpower.

it makes our job easier to document our business meeting

they need to work more on app in some part to make using spool  easier also sometime it crashed with zoom

they need to solve the bug issues

make our job easiser to document our zoom business meeting , which is very good to make sure we document all our client need and conversation

The cloud computers and workspaces which can be customised per our requirements that facilitates to work together

**What do you dislike about spool?**

Not so popular within the users. Hope it would expand with time.

**Recommendations to others considering spool:**

This tool can be used on a trial basis for a certain period, may be 90 days and then can be implemented once the user sees the benefits.

**What problems is spool solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Virtual workspace and cloud computer.
