Sponsorworks' strongest asset is it's responsive and genuinely helpful support team. Over the last year of using the platform, I have found that if we have any queries we are responded to very quickly by our account manager, and any technical issues are quickly picked up by that team.

Most meaningfully, we have recently given feedback on platform features, were listened to, and their dev team rolled out a significant improvement within a very reasonable timeframe. They also kept us updated regularly throughout the process.

It's great to have all of our central hospitality assets in one place where we can at a glance see exactly what's happening, who's going and what part of the process the guest is at. The support that Katy provides as our Success Manager is second to none too, she's so full of knowledge and makes things I might find tricky to do so easy and she explains the solutions really well. The system can sometimes feel quite complex and to change something relatively small can sometimes feel like a bit of a task if you have to go in to various parts of the site (specific emails, colour schemes etc). Also sometimes when guests have been invited, the info icons next to their name of if they've received, opened the email etc can sometimes not update or it just says 'processing' which can be confusing. Sponsorworks is such a great system that once you have learnt the basics you can then build out the platform to suit your business needs. It is also a platform that offers so many great features, from automated emails, guest tracking and reporting.
