What do you like best about Spond?

Spond makes it really easy to communicate with the parents and players. Give advance notice of games and great for coaches to understand who is available or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spond?

The availability feature for fixtures/training sessions. I like that I can preset a reminder to be sent to players that haven't responded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't think of anything. We have not yet explored the fundraising or payment functions of Spond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, there are no major issues. We would like to see a feature whereby you can see what events a member has attended when you go to their profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Spond solving and how is that benefiting you?

Spond was an invaluable tool during the Covid pandemic, letting us organise activities while being able to restrict numbers. Coming out of the pandemic, we are still finding it very useful, particularly for our coaches, who can see in advance who will be attending sessions & tailor activities to fit. What do you like best about Spond?

It seems currently the ability to integrate with the "Club Spond" system for managing membership is not that great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Spond:

If you want to get availability for teams and collect payments then Spond works really well, also the parent guardian set up is good, we've had very little issues or member queries so clearly the set up for them is easy too which is a bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Spond solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mainly it's getting availability for matches which is the best feature, then taking match fees too Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
