My use case is to summarize customer interviews and provide my engineers with the most important takeaways. At times the transcriptions are not perfect and require editing. The editing may include having to play the video segment to get the exact wording into the transcription. Since starting using Spoke to capture, record, and transcribe my meetings, I've moved away from furiously scribbling notes and later trying to remember the context for my notes from meetings. Spoke gives me the ability to rewatch, review, and remember exactly what was said, why it was said, and provides the context for any given action to be completed. I used to be able to upload meeting recordings to Spoke, but that feature has been removed and I'm a bit disappointed I no longer have this functionality. We mostly use Google Meet in our workplace, and Spoke integrates seamlessly with it. The documentation is clear and very comprehensive with images and gifs. I love It! We previously had a problem with the relevance of the summary, but they worked on it and now it's fixed, so there is nothing about the feature we are using that I don't like at the moment.
