What do you dislike about Spok?

There isn’t much that I dislike about Spok’s Ability to interface with many of the different technology suites that I use on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Spok solving and how is that benefiting you?

The business problems that we solve are great, We use the Spok console as a directory for our Private Branch Exchange switchboard. It allows a seamless communication options between our property and guests. The support is outstanding and because they are so near to our office, there is always a solution close by.
