Paid but Locked Out – Issue Never Resolved **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025 **What do you like best about Spocket?** Their website and marketing make big claims about fast shipping, high-quality suppliers, and reliable customer support. On the surface, it looks like a great solution — but in my experience, these claims did not match reality. **What do you dislike about Spocket?** My experience with Spocket has been extremely disappointing. From the moment I subscribed, the platform had technical issues that prevented me from using it properly. I contacted support multiple times a day, for days, asking either for a fix or a refund. I kept receiving the same copy-paste responses telling me to “wait,” with no real action taken. I was promised that the issue would be fixed and that I would receive three extra months of access as compensation — yet nothing was resolved. After more than two weeks of back-and-forth with no solution, Spocket disconnected my access entirely, even though I paid for the service and was never able to use it. The lack of support, transparency, accountability, and follow-through is shocking for a paid SaaS platform. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Spocket to anyone. It caused a complete loss of time, money, and trust. **What problems is Spocket solving and how is that benefiting you?** In my experience, Spocket did not solve any business problem. I signed up expecting a reliable dropshipping solution with quality suppliers and fast fulfillment, but due to technical issues and lack of support, I was never able to use the platform as intended. Instead of solving problems, it created delays, wasted time, and caused financial loss, as I paid for a service I could not access or benefit from. ### 2. Hidden Charges and Misleading Practices Disappoint **Reviewed by:** Evergreen & B. **Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2025 **What do you like best about Spocket?** hey do have a large assortment of products, but most of them look nearly identical to what’s already available on AliExpress or Alibaba, often at much lower prices. So the “value add” of Spocket feels questionable. **What do you dislike about Spocket?** I had a very negative experience with Spocket because of unexpected charges and the inability to easily cancel. I assumed uninstalling the app would end my trial, as it usually does with other Shopify apps, but instead I was charged $314.99 USD for a “Unicorn” subscription without my approval. This caused a huge financial inconvenience. On top of that, the product catalog didn’t really add value, most items looked like the same things you’d find on AliExpress or Alibaba. The fact that they make you manage things outside of Shopify, directly on their site, also felt like a way to trap users into ongoing subscriptions. What bothered me most was the lack of transparent billing and fair refunds. Support kept stalling, passing me between agents, and only offered partial refunds or “free months” instead of doing the right thing. Overall, the experience felt deceptive and manipulative, and I wouldn’t trust them again. **What problems is Spocket solving and how is that benefiting you?** Spocket didn't solve problems; it added issues: unexpected charges and subscription traps wasted my time.
