**What do you like best about Splunk Observability Cloud?**

SOC provides metrics like trace & log  in real time. I like the waterfall model of service traces where i can see the service dependencies clearly and figure out which service is having the issue.

**What do you dislike about Splunk Observability Cloud?**

In current orgnization sampling of traces is main problems for us.
Due to sampling some of the traces/logs are not available to debug the issue also faced issue while setting up the detetctors.

**What problems is Splunk Observability Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want to monitor the multiple aspects of our service like- memory metrics, latency issue,host health monitoring,cpu utilization.
I was able to see all this by creating one dashboard so it made my job easy.

**What do you like best about Splunk Observability Cloud?**

The main feature I have used is the splunk on-call. Compared to others like pagerduty it provides a better dashboard and on-call scheduling cycles which seems to be nonexistent in pagerduty. And the feature of calling the next person in the oncall cycle helps attend the production issues. One other important feature is that it provides reports with many filters, which makes it easier to analyse at the end of weekly oncall cycles. Splunk is quite easy to integrate with new relic alerting.

**What do you dislike about Splunk Observability Cloud?**

It could have a feature like setting up schedules for time range such as a person can be oncall for the day time and someone else for the night shift which I think currently is unavailable. Sometimes android phone categorises its calls as junk which can be an issue.

**What problems is Splunk Observability Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am most familiar with the alerting mechanism of splunk oncall. It helps us respond to production issues on time and customizability over the mode of alerting such as email, mobile or message is great. The mails contain enough info and link to the issues on aws, gcp or even new relic.

**What do you like best about Splunk Observability Cloud?**

Splunk tool is best tool in IT feild. Specifically for SIEM Splunk just because they having  both features of data analytics and security also and also most demanding tool for upcoming futures in IT.

**What do you dislike about Splunk Observability Cloud?**

Complicated that other tool. And also if we fetching any detail from that tool, it's run different scripts which is not common for every time.

**What problems is Splunk Observability Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User friendly and dashboard must be easily visible and easy to handle.

I loved the user experience while using Splunk Observability Cloud. Everything is well situated and easily searchable.

The AI assisted troubleshooting is not always accurate.

**What problems is Splunk Observability Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Splunk Log Observer helps investigate infrastructure logs in minutes instead of hours. It provides nice graphical representation of Logs.
