SplitRun is residual and commission software built for the way payments ISOs work. Revenue arrives once a month as a residual report from each processor, each in its own layout, and has to be shared with agents, managers, affiliates and referral partners. Most offices do that in a spreadsheet that nobody can easily check. Upload the reports you already receive from processors such as Fiserv, Elavon, Payarc and Paysafe. SplitRun matches every merchant to the agents who own it and applies your agreements: a rate per agent and income type, shared merchants, manager overrides, deductions, and affiliate and referral fees, all with effective dates so a past month always gives the same answer. Every number traces back to a line on the processor’s report. Each agent gets a branded PDF statement and a portal showing only their own merchants and earnings, for months you have reviewed, locked and published. Payouts tracks what each agent has earned against what you have actually paid, including advances, carried balances and small amounts held until they reach a minimum. Book health shows the owner what the residuals say about the business: whether the book is growing in merchants and revenue, what is being lost to attrition, how old the book is, and which merchants to watch. SplitRun is not a CRM and does not move money. It runs alongside the tools you use for boarding and payments. Plans start at US$49 a month, month to month.
