What I like best about SplitMetrics Acquire is how much time it saves our team, especially when it comes to scaling our ASA campaigns. The automation and smart bid rules are a total game changer and we've been able to automate a huge amount of the routine, daily optimisation work, which allows specialists to focus on high-level strategy and creative testing. The full-funnel reporting is another massive plus. Integrating our MMP data means we can optimise our bids not just for installs, but for actual down-funnel KPIs like New customers. While the platform is excellent, some features feel like they are still in an early phase and could use more enhancement and refinement to become truly robust. For example, specific parts of the reporting or certain newer tools require a little more manual effort or don't offer the depth of control that the core features do. SplitMetrics Acquire is a true all-in-one platform for managing and optimizing Apple Search Ads campaigns. It completely replaced the need for me to use the Apple Ads cabinet, which makes my workflow much faster and more efficient. I use it daily, and I especially appreciate the clean and intuitive UI – everything works quickly and without glitches. The wide range of features is also a huge plus. The Optimization Hub with advanced auto-rules is particularly powerful, allowing me to automate campaign management and save a lot of time. What do you dislike about SplitMetrics Acquire? Overall, SplitMetrics Acquire covers nearly all my needs for Apple Search Ads optimization and even provides additional functionality beyond the basics. However, not every feature is equally valuable in practice. For example, the Keyword Discovery tool has limited usefulness for me. It often surfaces a large number of irrelevant or very low-volume keywords that are not suitable for my apps, while at the same time missing some of the more strategic, high- or mid-volume keywords that I consider essential. As a result, I rely on other tools for keyword research. While this doesn’t diminish the overall value of SplitMetrics Acquire, it’s one area where there is still room for improvement. While the platform is pretty user-friendly, it can be a bit much at first, especially if you're new to these types of tools. There are loads of features, which is great, but it does take some time to really get the hang of everything and start using it to its fullest. What problems is SplitMetrics Acquire solving and how is that benefiting you? SplitMetrics Acquire has been a real problem-solver for us. The biggest thing it's tackled is the complexity of managing Apple Search Ads. The automation features are a lifesaver. They handle a lot of the routine stuff, like adjusting bids and managing campaigns based on performance. This means we're not constantly tweaking things manually, which is a huge time-saver. Plus, it's cut down on errors big time. You can set rules, and the system just follows them, making adjustments as needed. Then there's the analytics side of it. Before, we were kind of guessing about what was working and what wasn't. Now, we get clear insights into our ad performance. We can see which keywords are hitting the mark, which ones aren't, and adjust accordingly. It's way more data-driven, which makes me feel like we're making smarter decisions.
