**What do you like best about Splitit?**

0% on deferred payments is always nice, can't argue with the core value proposition

**What do you dislike about Splitit?**

Credit holds for the full amount are put in place immediately and updated to reduce each month.  However, the new reduced hold is put in place before the old is removed causing the customer to need a credit line greater than the total purchase price.  (Close to 2x: the full amount + the full amount minus one payment)

[!!] This process can force the customer to default even when they have enough credit to cover the next payment.  [!!]

(When they don't have enough credit to cover the entire new hold before the old hold is released)  This is not intuitive, and almost feels designed to trigger defaults from customers who would otherwise be able to make the payments without issue.

**What problems is Splitit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Short term cash availability.  With 0% APR it's nice to be able to invest a bit more of my cash on hand and pay for the purchase with future paychecks instead.  Realistically it's a small difference, but the option is always nice.
