Splashtop is an easy-to-use remote desktop solution, offering a reliable connection and reasonable pricing. I used it for several months and never encountered any technical problems. Since I had subscribed to their lowest tier, the image quality was sometimes less than ideal, which was noticeable in my work that required some color adjustment. The timing of application updates can be inconvenient — update notifications often appear just as I attempt to initiate a remote session, interrupting my workflow. Also, I’ve heard that services like Remote Access and SOS are managed under separate contracts or tenants, which makes administration more complex. It's easy to set up fast to connect and worth the price, I use the business version as a personal user who only needed it for the machine number increase but I liked being able to transfer files between them too now and all the other features that came with the upgrade Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The confidence I have to remotely log in to the computer of people having difficulty knowing that it will be nearly like being in front of it and being able to resolve issues quickly and keep our medical offices working smoothly. Not being able to reliably wake up our computers despite having them configured to be able to be awoken from power off or sleep and having at least one other Splashtop equipped computer on the local network. First I can set the time that it takes to disconnect. Therefore if I'm on the phone with a client, it doesn't disconnect and make me log back in. As a software support team, connections are quick and painless using Splashtop. Unattended access is quick and easy enough for end users who have little to no experience using computers. When connected the software is simple yet robust enough to perform any needed functions. It has become a lifeline for our company and used constantly.
