I really don't like that when adding users to each remote access, the users' emails are not listed alphabetically. This is one of the most frustrating things because it doesn't show me a full list of users either. If I need a file, I can simply upload it from my computer to the remote machine without having to search for it. In industrial environments without broad Internet access, this is invaluable. Splashtop allows secure access with 2FA to machines remotely, preventing lost time in transportation, plant access, and cleaning procedures associated with physical access to sensitive areas. My only complaint is that we have trouble with certain Intel graphic drivers. Artifacts of windows stay on the screen or the refresh is drastically delayed. There are mitigations for it, but it makes those particular systems hard to work with. You have to change the way the connection works in Splashtop and then you get a more reliable, albeit slow experience on that system. I dislike the access control process for individual users in Splashtop Remote Access.
