Not being able to reliably wake up our computers despite having them configured to be able to be awoken from power off or sleep and having at least one other Splashtop equipped computer on the local network. As the responsible technical person for our company and living several states apart from the offices I am able to monitor and support our hardware and our staff in real time, or perform maintenance tasks during off hours. As a software support team, connections are quick and painless using Splashtop. Unattended access is quick and easy enough for end users who have little to no experience using computers. When connected the software is simple yet robust enough to perform any needed functions. It has become a lifeline for our company and used constantly.
