Currently I have heard no negative feedback. I did have one experience where SOS allowed me onto the Endpoint but mouse and keyboard signals were lost. I struggled to find instructions on what to do to resolve that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has everything I need to remote into a pc, whether it be to troubleshoot or just show an end user how to finish a task. I love the SOS function and its SUPER easy to install. The advantage of using Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint is that everything is in one account and allows me to see information quickly and easily. It's also very cost effective. The best part of Splashtop's Autonomous Endpoint Management is the integration with other Splashtop tools like Remote. The fact that we already had the Streamer agent on every PC for remote access meant that utilizing the AEM took practically no effort because implementation was already done. I've tried various AEM tools over the past couple of years, and Splashtop's is, by far, the most intuitive and functional out of all of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downsides I can mention are the ones that come with any endpoint management software or service. Sometimes there's quirky behavior with .msi deployment or a remote command script. Nothing major at all! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
