I really like that Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management is cost-effective and integrates well with Splashtop itself, so it doesn't feel like a third-party product just stitched in, unlike some competitors. It works really well and I haven't had any problems with it yet. I also appreciate that it lets me go to one place for everything I need to do, like checking inventory for upgrades, ensuring patches are good, or pulling reports, without having to switch to a different vendor. It's pretty much my one-stop shop. The initial setup was very easy since I was already using Splashtop, and it was on as soon as I provided my credit card. Even though there was a bit of configuration, it would have worked right out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have seen some patches that say they failed to be deployed, but they actually are deployed, or there's a newer version installed that should supersede the patch it's trying to deploy. Additionally, I would like the ability to specify what software should be on a group's computers, like a provisioning system. It would be nice if I could just set it so a particular group always gets specific software, and when I add someone to that group, it immediately starts pushing those patches or software.
