## Splash Reviews
  ### 1. The most customizable, collaborative, and beautiful event tool available!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rhondi L. | Marketing Events Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Splash allows our small event team to produce creative and functional pages very quickly. We have been longtime users of splash, and the platform has only improved over the years as they are constantly upgrading and expanding the features monthly. We are constantly inspired by new themes, new features, and new products to think outside of the box. The game-changer within splash is that everything is so customizable. We can create an elaborate event, or we can keep it as simple as we want – the options are limitless! We have cut our workload in half, saving us 2 hours at least per event, due to the features like libraries where we save our frequently used registration forms, email templates, etc. Another front-runner feature is our Event Hub, where we can promote our upcoming webinars and events on our website with one click of a button – brilliant! The software offers everything you need from start to end of the event process. We are constantly receiving compliments for ease of use of our registration. With that said, attendance to our webinars has more than doubled since utilizing Splash to promote our events consistently. I highly recommend Splash to anyone who is pushing out event pages on the regular!

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

We run into snags here and there, but between our Account rep and Splash’s support, we have been able to receive the help we need.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Splash for everything, internal team meet-ups, customer-facing webinars, and sponsorships. It is so simple to create an event just how you want it and capture all the data you need. We can make a page look any way we desire, and that is so critical with the wide variety of pages we create.

  ### 7. Fantastic for a bespoke event registration experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Newspapers | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2021

**What do you like best about Splash?**

I used Splash to organize events for launching and expanding a digital media service. Besides providing a digital landing page for handling event logistics, Splash also enabled me to communicate with attendees via an email function regularly. The interface for making event pages is generally easy to use, as is the interface for custom email templates. I used Splash to send automated reminder emails to hundreds of people on an existing mailing list. They were able to connect with us through both email and the Splash page. You don't need a developer or designer to create on-brand marketing materials with Splash.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Some content blocks are less responsive than others in the design process. The service is pricey.

**Recommendations to others considering Splash:**

Try the free version before committing to a plan.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash let my company run multiple events with an enhanced, professional image. It was an excellent way to connect with our audience before the event. Organizing event registration is seamless with Splash.

  ### 10. Splash for Events!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Splash?**

With Splash I enjoy the Zoom integration which allows me to broadcast my event on the same page that my guests signed up.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Page setup tools are complicated to navigate

**Recommendations to others considering Splash:**

Splash has virtual and in-person capabilities for events which is fantastic. The program will give us the future flexibility to leverage this for hybrid events as well

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a virtual touchpoint for all aspects of our event. We need a page for the registration, a space for them to get more information about the event—email capabilities as well as a place to showcase the live event and also have people rewatch it.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Splash?**

I loved that we can customize each page. We were able to add our own brand and identity to each campaign.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

I wish Splash was able to integrate with Go to Webinar or Adobe. Here at AWS those are the only two platforms we can use.

Only issue our team has is integration. We have to ask candidates to register on Splash and then also register on our actual platform. Ex. Go-to-Webinar.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Great platform to build landing pages and manage all signups. Email send capabilities also drastically improved.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

**Recommendations to others considering Splash:**

Go for advanced design capabilities

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickly setting up event landing pages. It helps us accelerate the speed of execution.

  ### 16. Great and agile tool for online and some offline events

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oleksii (Alex) R. | Experiential Marketing Lead - Middle East, Turkey, Africa and Pakistan, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2021

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

A bit difficult to do the designs, I am guessing HTML knowledge would be a great help in that matter.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Official Response from John Wayne:**

> Alex: Thank you for the review. We're so happy to hear you are using Splash effectively for your online and offline events! If we can help you with anything, just let us know.

  ### 17. The perfect tool to manage event registrations online

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shilpa S. | Marketing Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Splash is one of the best online tools I have come across to set up my event information. There are several templates to choose from, and customization is possible. I can share a single link to drive registration, and it notifies me every time there are new additions to the guest list. I can also activate waitlist in case I want to choose who my audience shoud be.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

I wish Splash would have the capability to get automatically added to the registrant's calendar. Right now, it is a manual process because the calendar invite goes in as an attachment. That calls for a reminder email, which gets tedious if we're working with a huge list.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since everything has gone virtual now, I need to manage my guest list and make sure we give them as much information about the event as possible. There are sections within the template where I can talk about my schedule, showcase speakers, share past summaries, and add links. That helps. It allows for multiple teams to work together on a single event from different locations globally - that's the beauty of it.

  ### 18. Impressive email platform for business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel R. | Marketing and Events Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Splash is an easy-to-use interface for email communications and registration pages.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

No aspects I dislike. I had a very positive experience with Splash.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Professional interface which reflected highly on our brand. This made us appear more polished and streamlined our event reservation and invitation process.

**Official Response from John Wayne:**

> Rachel: Thank you for the review. We're so happy Splash is working for your company, and you like the easy-to-use interface . If we can help you with anything, just let us know.

  ### 19. Really good tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carla R. | Senior Field Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Good flexible tool with multiple functions, nice designs and user friendly interface. The support team are very good

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

The integration with Salesforce could be better - the field mapping can be a little complicated.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick turnaround for creating event landing pages and mass mailouts of invitations. The flexibility of editing the submission form is beneficial and creates the opportunity to capture exciting information from attendees.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Ease of you. I'm not that technically inclined, and I find it very easy to build pages for my events and manage guest lists. If i can do it, anyone can.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Some of the editing functions could be a little smoother. Occasionally it's difficult to add images.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No major problems. Benefits are easy of use and RSVP management. I've done many events with Splash, in person and virtual, and have find out very easy to use.

  ### 21. If you want new customers you must use Splash.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neha S. | Operations Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Splash is the software you fall in love with because it works in a very successful way, the efficiency is highly incredible in terms of the overall system, there are no bugs in its operation, the programmers of this application are to be congratulated. The primary use I give is analyzing and monitoring events to generate confidence through a customer selection strategy. I have increased sales exponentially thanks to Splash.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

The software is almost perfect. However, perfection does not exist. Therefore it has a minor flaw that should be corrected, which is the support; from time to time, they answer with a little unfavorable delay.

I highly recommend it is a software that guarantees excellent results; it can be very significant for any company that wants to have a strategy based on events and sales.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

The new license structure has created some challenges across my large organization. I also wish the Sessions product better linked to the Registration form.

The email analytics, templates and overall ease of use make using Splash really great. Our team switched over from Eventbrite and it's been a game changer.

We not only save a ton of time using Splash but also have all of our branding in place with our templates.

**Reviewed by:** Fabiana A. | Senior Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2021

  ### 29. Great Event Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2021

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Splash is a great tool for organizers and designers. The designers I've worked with are big fans of the variety of tools available to them within the platform. The platform itself is pretty easy to navigate once you've had a chance to make yourself familiar with it. The technical teams I've worked with have commented on the constantly growing list of integrations. For us, one of the biggest benefits of Splash has been the ability to turnaround a live event page in a very short amount of time.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Similar to a lot of other platforms, there isn't a lot of room for immediate customization of features. Splash works on updating their platform as a whole (vs. custom options for specific clients). Any features that can be customized tend to have a lengthy turnaround time.

From a technical support perspective, we've had some great support staff that is very responsive. In some cases, we've had support staff or Splash team members who just send us to support articles, which doesn't always help in time sensitive situations.

While the cost of the yearly license isn't very expensive, the cost of the user licenses keep increasing, and when you have a team of 5+ people who need designer level access, it can get expensive.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating gated events to unique visitors. It's been hard to find platforms that offer the level of customization of Splash while also offering gated experiences.

  ### 30. Splash- the perfect platform to connect more people to make your business more profitable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Chemicals | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2021

**What do you like best about Splash?**

The best part of splash is it always evolving with time. It allows us to make pages within short time and little effort to make our event successful. The UI is very simple and user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

I generally don't say this about any software but I didn't find anything wrong in it.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for sponsorship programs, internal meetings, sales discussions. It's very easy to use.

  ### 31. Splash is great for small, agile teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittany M. | Events Campaign Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Splash?**

When we implemented Splash we had their designers create event templates for our various field events using our brand guidelines. This made for easy use of the tool for our small team to not need to rely on creative to build beautiful event pages but ensure they have the same look and feel for various event types. It's an easy tool once you figure out how it works and implements with marketing automation - we use Marketo and the integration is seamless.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

We've had a few bugs and issues with implementation that were fixed with the Splash team - things like product updates and changes to our account have resulted in major changes to our setup and config which were very frustrating.

Additionally, the previous team who managed our account for customer success and support have left and the new team is fantastic and have helped us realize more value with the tool.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickly building beautiful event pages. Little reliance on swamped creative teams. Autonomy over our events and strategies. Seamless integration with Marketo for marketing automation and lead routing. We now have several other teams using Splash for their own events.

  ### 32. Strengthening our Splash Muscles

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashlyn S. | Corporate Communications Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Splash?**

I enjoy how customizable their pages are, their platform is user friendly and when stumped, their customer service is responsive. I'm able to work seamlessly with our design team on creative that plugs easily into Splash's templates to easily create a page that has the look and feel of our company all while having limited design background. We've used the platform for a virtual FunRun where clients submitted their miles and proof of running; we're using it to host 40+ events over the course of October and November by having one main page that clicks out to 40 different Splash pages where guests can RSVP. We're finding the possibilities rather limitless.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

It's hard to find a dislike; however, I've learned to hit the save button after every edit; however, I wish they had an "undo" button. Their back-up options haven't worked well for me. Additionally, this doesn't make or break me using the platform, but when I'm collecting RSVPs or data for my team, I'm able to add them as collaborators. It'd be nice if they could easily login without an account and export their client data on their own without me having to do it (not sure if this is something that's included in the collaborator access).

**Recommendations to others considering Splash:**

Splash is an easy-to-use tool that does the event marketing job more than well. I've used it for 4 years now and am still learning cool new features!

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to the pandemic, we would typically use Splash for larger events. Now that everything is virtual, I'm using the platform very frequently, almost every project I have my hands on. It's great because I can move forward on projects with limited to no design background and without heavy lifting from our creative team.

  ### 33. Splash has revolutionised our approach to event marketing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah S. | Head of Regional Marketing , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Splash?**

I honestly don't know don't know how I did my role before Splash. The biggest benefit for me is its integrations and reporting ability. All of my event data sat in spreadsheets before and was extremely hard to quantify, whereas now I can hop into Splash and pull up the analytics straight away. The integration with Salesforce and auto-campaign creation is extremely helpful and take away all the previous manual work of importing lists!

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Not a downside as such and I know it's something they're working on but obviously as everything is digital in the current climate and webinars are the main source of events, just really working on building out those integrations with webinar tools so the experience is smoother.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like I mentioned about, the reporting and automation is the main benefits for me. I also love how all of our event pages are on brand with our website - rather than using a third party landing page. And we can do it all ourselves without having to involve the design team!

  ### 34. Great UX & Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael O. | Culture Events Producer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Some of the best features of Splash include how quickly it is to setup an event, being able to segment guest lists and the messaging feature. They all work great hand in hand. You can easily have an event setup in less than 10 mins. Import your guest list and segment it by ticket type, access level, etc. It's easy to message guests that haven't RSVP'd or that or in a specific group with the messaging feature.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

One feature that I would like added is the ability to add pictures in the registration form. Another feature that would be helpful for your team is a hotel and accommodation integration. Before COVID, we had a lot of guests travel and it would've been useful for them to book their hotel directly during the registration process.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can quickly create an event and deploy it to our employees. We don't have to think twice about it. It's simple to use and intuitive. Being able to message specific guests dependant on various criteria saves us a lot of time.

  ### 35. Splash - Events Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Splash?**

The Splash user interface is simple to design events from start to finish. I like that we're able to optimize the design for different devices very easily. It's a great tool for any marketing org to have. The support team is also great if you need help and run into any issues. They are quick to respond and always help with a solution.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Splash doesn't allow multiple pages in one event. Meaning you can only scroll to different sections on the page from the navigation and open modals. It would be great if the ability to link to different pages in one event was added to the product. It would also be great to have the ability to use video backgrounds rather than just still images.

**Recommendations to others considering Splash:**

Read my review.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Splash to design our event and conference landing pages. You don't need to be a developer and think any designer or marketer will enjoy using the platform. It's easy to set up web pages, emails, share cards, and get the data we need. This tool helps solve your event problems and think you'll enjoy using the Splash user interface. It's easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. There are lots of benefits to using Splash over other event platforms we researched.

  ### 36. Extremely useful tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carla R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Splash?**

The service is very easy to use and the support team are really responsive and helpful. I like the design items on offer. We use this tool daily and enjoy doing so! The educational materials are also straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

There are some limitations sometimes when it comes to mapping with Salesforce but again, the support team always aims to help solve problems here. The Zoom integration is also not working correctly yet but it has just been launched so I expect it to improve.

**Recommendations to others considering Splash:**

Purchase multiple logins as two people cannot login under the same account simultaneously.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently using Splash for all our webinars and physical events (once they start up again) both internally and externally. The speed at which we can get an event up and running and invites sent out is a massive benefit as well as all the helpful metrics we can track within the platform.

  ### 37. “The tool your event team has been looking for”

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Splash provides a seamless event management process from beginning to end, streamlining many of the steps along the way. From the great user experience, automated guest communication, and insightful reporting (with the use of a Salesforce Integration), Splash’s platform is easy & enjoyable to use and produces results. As part of the Salesforce integration, a new Salesforce ID is automatically generated when creating a new event, allowing our sales team to easily view what contacts attended which events, eliminating the extra step of having them reach out to our marketing team.

Both the Theme Library and Saved Content Blocks allow our team to create events quickly while ensuring our branding is consistent. Since you can share blocks between users, we do not have to spend hours re-creating event templates. The waitlist functionality has also saved our team a great amount of time by automating a process that used to be very manual. Splash continues to release new product features to enhance the platform. The UX is great and the Splash team constantly strives to improve and meet the current industry needs!

When COVID-19 hit, we were able to pivot our education programs that are typically in-person to a virtual format without a hitch. Although we were nervous about the transition, Splash allowed us to easily change directions and host 13 virtual education events AND almost all hit 100% capacity.

The support from the Splash team is also excellent! We are very happy with our Customer Success Manager, Elise. She is always able to answer questions and give us specific and timely recommendations. The Pro Support team is also quick to respond and almost always has the answer to our questions instantly.

Overall, our team is SO happy with Splash and we are excited to continue our partnership.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

We do not have any no major features/UX dislikes!

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team hosts a variety of events annually. This year, we have moved to a majority of virtual events and Splash has made that possible! We were able to easily pivot and have events that went off without a hitch!

  ### 38. 10/10 would recommend

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Splash?**

What I like best about Splash is how customizable the event page and the emails are. I'm able to be creative and produce some really cool event pages and have it be cohesive to the experiences I am trying to create.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Scheduling an email in advance only seems to capture the current registrants and won't pull in new registrations. EX: I can go in on a Monday and schedule an email to go out to all attendees on Wednesday. It will add all attendees, however, it won't include any attendees who register between Monday and Wednesday.

**Recommendations to others considering Splash:**

If you are wanting a platform that will help you create highly customizable landing page, Splash will do the job with amazing results!

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My biggest problem is email scheduling. I'm not sure if that's a Splash problem or if that's user error.

  ### 39. Great for both small and large business

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2021

**What do you like best about Splash?**

The free trial gives you enough data to decide whether you want to get it or not. It can be used for small events and personal use even if you don't plan on buying

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

The payment process lags a lot, at least for us. If the event has too many attendees its hard to handle

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for our small events its helpful when you have small budget and need an event managemnet tool

  ### 40. SplashThat is great

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Design elements...we make beautiful landing pages with Splash

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Lack of integration and compliance across all our brands

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We make landing pages where guests can sign up for the event right on the page. it is an amazing tool for us in that realm.

  ### 41. Great user interface

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Splash?**

The way it looks. It is generally easy to use as long as you use one of their templates.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

If you need to create a page outside one of the templates, you need Splash developers to help you do it, which can be a long and not so user-friendly experience.

**Recommendations to others considering Splash:**

Good platform for simple events, though it works for more complicated ones too, you just need extra time to work with the Splash developers

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We been able to publish event pages and offer registration through Splash.

**What do you like best about Splash?**

I like Splash very much because I can analyze the most striking events for my future projects, I can establish a work parameter where the idea of future projection is reflected in the processes of new customers or new partners. It is extremely easy to use, the functionalities are solid and have great attributes.

I would like you to have more empathy with the users, to create a virtual community where we can create opinion matrices between us.

**Recommendations to others considering Splash:**

We highly recommend the software, without a doubt the product is extremely practical and allows you to create sales strategies or customer acquisition in corporate or simple events. You will like very much how it is designed and elaborated its interface.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Splash to do staged evaluations at major events. Marketing is totally important for our profits, we live from it and therefore this tool fits directly to our needs. The software has given many benefits to complete customer acquisition processes.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Among the most important aspects is the simple configuration of these events and the potential for personalizing the info. It's very important to be aware that the record of occasions, the landing page and all of the details are in 1 spot, in addition, it has many email attributes like sending handwritten emails, reminders, and so on, inside the business is extremely handy when it comes to organizing a large scale event.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

It can be slow in its interface and even slower when sending massive amounts of emails

**Recommendations to others considering Splash:**

  ### 50. Splash is the works extremely well for multiple location and the calendar format.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sherlonda P. | Director, Social Media (Strategic Business Development), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2020

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Splash is the streamlines team communication for the hospitality and restaurant industry. Splash has intuitiveness implement because it has the ability to customize it to our own business so we have been able to make changes the specific brand that it super relevant to our field teams. Our business has many moving parts and multiple locations and offices because this program allows all of us to be on the same page to keep track of each other's schedules and bookings in a streamlined way. Splash implement makes it really simple to communicate with clients because it takes less time and fewer steps than any other catering system that we have used this implement. In other words, our team is able to create registration pages for events, send mass emails with analytics, mobile check-in at events, and sending surveys to our registrants also we can simply track our event attendees in order to generate our own engagement scores.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

The only thing that we had trouble with Splash implement is that the initial information transfer from my old system but it could have been fault of the other program because it has very limitation for transfer our information. This reporting system is extremely robust and it is difficult to maneuver without prior but it could be an incredibly valuable tool because all of its capabilities are limited that they cannot friendly implement. Their support team says to simply contact the registrant and request payment because if we wanted to do collections but we wouldn't have paid thousands of dollars for a registration system. This design for the meeting registration site and the mobile application is limited and it can feel a little tedious all the step by step to create an event so I would improvement in terms of this style.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash has been a fantastic platform for our event company because it allows us to get provide the great idea events and we can organized our business and I would definitely recommend it to other companies. It also helps us keep our clients and our communication with them organized because it is extremely easy to manage the registration list for my events. It is absolutely helps me be more systematic and it also saves me time planning my events and meetings. I also like that it is easy to communicate with attendees by sending mass emails through Splash.
