## Splash Reviews
  ### 1. Easy and convenient Microsite Building interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Userfriendly and simple to use. Very responsive customer support.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Limited theme and template options available.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash helps in building easy sites for event registrations.

  ### 2. Quick and helpful support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grace H. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Splash is a great platform for event hosting, both in person and virtual. Easy to contact attendees by email and check in attendees at the event. The virtual event setup is also really easy to use and a good experience for users. I also appreciate how quickly their support responds to my tickets - I usually get a response in hours.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Some of the ways that the pages are set up can be confusing and counter intuitive.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash helps our business host event pages that are quick and easy to edit ourselves, and creates easy ways to contact event attendees.

  ### 3. Easy to use event registration and management tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle N. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Splash is extremely easy to use and navigate on both the back end and as an end-user. We use Splash for event registration, landing pages, event emails and Splash Studio for our virtual events and webinars. Their Splash Studio is makes it very easy to put on virtual events. Attendees can easily access the platform (after using them a year, we haven't yet once had anyone reach out about issues logging in!) and it's easy for speakers to login, as well. Splash landing pages are simple and clean, I can whip up a registration page in only a few minutes. I also love that you can fully brand Splash with your own branding, vanity URL, and from/reply-to emails. Customer support has always been helpful.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

It feels like many of the extras and services come at an additional fee. Things that you assume are something you can simply set up on your own like integrations require their services at an added cost. Fees per user is also not ideal and their webpage builder tool can be a bit hard to use at times if you aren't working from a pre-made template.
As far as Splash Studio, the only thing I don't like is how long it takes for recordings to be uploaded after a virtual event concludes (sometimes an entire day).

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needed an event registration and webinar tool all in one that could allow our event team create custom branded events and landing pages quickly and easily.

  ### 4. A great application to use for most of your event needs.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Splash?**

The design is really sleek and it's easy to pull together.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

I wish there was a Zoom integration so that when peope RSVP, they get a calendar invite with a Zoom link attached.

Also, when people join the event, the splash page should direct people the livestream or Zoom call.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of RSVPs. I wish Splash would also design a nice participant list for you.

  ### 5. Empowers event teams with web capabilities and so much more.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

In my work with events, I have been slowed down by lack of web resources internally or slow turn around from other teams. Splash allows my event team to remove that reliance on other teams who are busy. As a marketer, web skills are not a top skillset for me, but Splash has empowered me to finally harness the web skills I lacked, and their platform allows me to not start from scratch. I like the branding guidance they provide at the start then seeing how that branding is applied to a large library of templates provides a lot of options immediately. The platform seems to have been built by events specialists based on the features and options that are included. Overall, I like that Splash added a new and needed skillset for me and my team. The capabilities are very extensive.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

It's got a bit of a steep learning curve especially if web has not been a primary skill for you. The Splash team provides plenty of guidance and resources but be prepared to learn a lot in the process. The user interface is a little confusing at times but generally fun to figure out. There are a ton of options and capabilities which means you can do just about anything that you have ideas for. But the platform is not 'simple'. However, having a web platform for events that event teams can learn and use is worth it. After using it more and more, you get the hang of it and won't want to do events without Splash.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash reduces our reliance on web dev resources so that event teams can do more on our own and faster. It also has a lot of nice built in features that enhance the experience for your guests that would be manual processes in other platforms. Before Splash, I had limited capabilities with event landing pages, hubs and event management - with Splash the options are endless which helps us scale and get creative with every event we do.

  ### 6. Very good event tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Easy to use, very customizable and replicable tool.
I can create event LPs within 15 minutes and publish them to guests.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

It could be a little easier to use the event page interfaces (sometimes they are very blocked)

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash helps me solve all the registration and LP creation for events we do.

  ### 7. Splash helps us with events and ticketing!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather G. | Industry Engagement Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

I think the user interface of splash is very easy to learn. Their online instructional videos have a good sense of humor. We are currently planning 6 events using splash and it's very easy to collect registrants data, send calendar invites, confirmations and other reminders.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

The main downside is that they take a cut of the payments- so I have to pay both stripe and splash for my ticketed events. But it's still much easier than requesting checks from payees.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So many things used to have to be done manually. Splash streamlines our event and ticketing in one place and makes it really easy for me. A few of the things it automates: confirmaiton emails, reciepts, remidners, calendar invites, and setting the limit of the total tickets we can sell. These were all things we had to do manually before for our career fairs and team events.

  ### 8. Field Marketers: Simplify Your Life with Splash

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

I am not a designer by any means, yet I have never created an event on Splash that looked anything less than beautiful. The best part? It also only takes me minutes to create. As a field marketer with a ton on my plate and a ton of events to execute from beginning to end, Splash makes every step of the event lifecycle simpler. With the Salesforce integration, I'm able to connect all of my registration data back to SFDC campaigns, preventing me from having to manually upload or update attendee data. This is one of my favorite parts of this platform because I remember how miserable I was doing it the old way. Splash absolves you from every manual process you've ever associated with managing a scaled field event program. I think the only thing it can't do is secure a venue for you.

Whether you are a team of 1 or a team of 100, you need to have Splash for your event marketing programs. Trust me. No other event tool compares to the simplicity and scalability of Splash.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

I dislike that I don't currently have Splash at my new job (yet). :)

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash solves the problem of scalability. I'm able to quickly create beautiful, on-brand events in minutes. With other platforms, if it's beautiful, it's complicated to build; if it's quick and easy to build, it's ugly to look at. I love that I don't have to make those compromises when I use Splash.

  ### 9. A critical tool for event planning

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chelsea K. | Senior Program Manager - AI Research Conferences & Events, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Relatively easy to work with, I like how I can set our company colors and logo in the brand library and it trickles down to all of our themes and templates. Excited to try out the new streaming feature (Splash Studio) for virtual events. I also love that I can create non-RSVP "events" which are basically temporary web pages. I do this a lot to showcase our company's presence at conferences. It's especially great because website support is tough to come by internally.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

I can't wait until the breakout room function works for the zoom embed in the virtual touchpoint. Some feature requests that I would like to see: the ability to file and organize events in different folders (currently it's just one list view), the ability to push a calendar invite to a guest's calendar without them manually having to click on it, a more friendly and intuitive UI for non-designers.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before the pandemic, we were using Splash for live events. But during the pandemic we have been using it for virtual events and landing pages and realized it is still just as critical a tool. Internally, it's difficult to get support to create web pages. So I have solved that problem by creating non-RSVP "events," i.e. just the landing page. I do this a lot to showcase our company's presence at conferences.

  ### 10. My 4 year review of splash

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha G. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

I ahve been using splash at PANW for over 4 years, and it is the easiest platofrm to build registraion pages that I have used in my 10+ years of marketing. I love that you can clone previous pages, shares and promotes collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

When cloning an event, if it would also clone the scheduled/sent emails that would be beneficial as when we clone pages we usually need all aspects of it to be cloned. A secure way to share the registraiton list with a link instrad of habving to create a weekly or daily emial send.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to use, no real coding knowledge is needed, straightforward and a quick onbaording for new users. Being able to sned emails from splash to announce any changes or updates has come in handy when we need to change a date or time.

  ### 11. We would be lost without Splash!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa N. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

I love that we can be independent with our own landing pages, track registrations, + charge for events all through Splash. I also love that it integrates with HubSpot which allows us to give our reps real-time registration updates. I also love how quickly support responds to me, and our CSM Coby is amazing which is a plus :)

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

I wish that Splash had a mobile app + meeting setting option- that would be a win-win for us! I thought their ticketing system was a little tricky at first with cancellations, but they have recently updated that, and now it works great!

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to have full access to registrations, landing pages, emails, and independently-run our events. It also allows us to check people in, and track who is actually attending our events vs. just registering.

  ### 12. Great tool!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ebony D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Splash is very user friendly for beginners. It has made it easy for me to share event information and resources with attendees and track registration, when needed. It also allows you to create templates to standardize the look of your event.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

The only thing I dislike about Splash is that you can only customize it so much. It would be great if there was an option to inpute code for more customization for those that are interested.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease of using Splash allows a lot of people in our organization the ability to create and manage our event landing pages. It's also great that we can direct guest to one page landing page to access important event details such as date, time, agenda, speaker bios, downloadable resources. It's easy to update as well.

  ### 13. Needed support accessing an account from a previous employee

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Mia was so helpful and prompt in resolving the issue we were facing. She answered all my questions in depth and was able to get me access to the things that was needed. Lauren also from sale helped me get in contact with Support and made sure I was taken care of along the way.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Nothing! Everybody was so helpful, I have nothing bad to say about my service.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a former employee handle all things in splash with creating our events and did not have access to her account. Lauren and Mia were helpful in making sure we had access to our events and account that was handled by a former employee.

  ### 14. A continuous exploration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Splash?**

I truly like the final visuals that Splash helps to create. Good looking, easy to read pages, that truly engage with our community. I really like and appreciate customer service: always fast, clear and interested replies from them, always solving the problem.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

It's not necessarily the most user-friendly platform I've seen. Esay options (such as dragging elements in the page) are not possible and you have to play a little in order to understand how to use it properly.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash allows the company to reach out to the community and gather subscriptions for our events.

  ### 15. Good support service, platform integration difficulties

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Great user experience in the platform...

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Integration issues with other platforms.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash provides an easy to use system for our global marketing team to run trainings, events and webinars

  ### 16. Great platform with excellent customer service!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alejandra B. | Senior Global Community Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

My team implemented Splash this year, and we hosted a huge event on our first run. The customer support was the one thing that really stood out for us. The Splash team is a pleasure to collaborate with and are readily accessible. I felt that they had a great understanding of our goals, and they helped us tailor the solution to our needs step by step.

There's a decent learning curve at the start, but after that it's very easy to templatize events and reproduce them with ease.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Learning curve at the start, and there are some small features that are still being developed by the product team that will be very nice to have.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash helps us with event ticketing and emails, and Splash studio is our virtual event streaming platform.

  ### 17. Great Tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kajaal B. | Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Splash?**

The ease of use once onboarded and setup

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Onboarding is a longer process than anticipated.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating registration / landing pages and collecting registration information

  ### 18. SPlash user feedback

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

The tool is easy of use and quite intuitive, great customer service team.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

The integration with other tools on Splash (eg cvent, salesforce) is occasionally less seamless than expected. Improvements in compatibility and smoother data exchange between Splash and external platforms would enhance the overall efficiency of event management workflows.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash streamlines event registration. The tool's centralized approach simplifies tasks such as creating engaging event pages, managing registrations, and tracking attendee data. This efficiency not only saves time but also enhances the overall attendee experience. Additionally, Splash's analytics provide valuable insights, enabling us to make data-driven decisions for future events, ultimately contributing to more successful and well-informed event strategies.

  ### 19. Super user friendly interface and quick to get projects up and running!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole T. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

I use Splash to help my team promote events and track registrations! In the past we had to rely on other teams or outside agencies to create landing pages for us which was costly and created long timelines.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

The editor is slightly hard to use as it doesnt allow total freedom in resizing or changing/editing text + images. It would be helpful to have click + drag versus set blocks.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Self service in terms of event management. I am on our partner team and we need to be able to quickly turn around registration pages for various sized events. Our timelines have gone from 1 month + to a day if need be to get these events spun up.

  ### 20. A great DIY tool for events!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica v. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

The ability to own my own event pages without having to rely on my marketing ops team internally. Pages have the ability to be customizes. can integrate with SFDC and overall look better than a lot of the other tools' pages out there!

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

I dont like that when you use Splash for virtual events you have to use unique links for each customer. If a customer gets disconnected or logs in on their phone and moves to their computer the links prohibits them from reentering.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can immeditaly create registration pages for my events without having to rely on internal teams to create them. Edits are instant and there is no down time when changes need to be made.

  ### 21. User friendly, responsive support, comprehensive training site

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

The site is user friendly and laid-out in a straightforward way. Useful templates to start from and simple email and landing-page updates. Splash University is detailed and helpful for new users. Great information in the support pages that include some videos and we would love to see even more of these. The support team, when emailed, has been very responsive and knowledgable. Tickets can be customized with detailed timing and order limits. Discount code customization is also very useful.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

The only way to test ticket purchasing is to launch it live on the web, which is not ideal if you've already sent out a save-the-date. There should be a way to internally test updates without launching publicly. Wordpress as an example has the ability to make / test updates before pushing to the public site. I would also like to see more customization capabilities to the event page and ticket editors. The site calendar invite description should allow more characters and ideally markdown / html editing. The ticket form window has issues with visibility when using black backgrounds and this area has very limited customization. The text box here does not allow line breaks. Would love to see an advanced mode to allow more customization for those with html / css experience, especially as it pertains to the ticket form editor. It would be helpful to password protect certain some tickets while leaving others public.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple and easy to execute registration, for both RSVP and priced ticketing.

  ### 22. Good platform for helping manage events!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa C. | Customer Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Once I took some time to get to know how to use Splash, it has been very easy and user friendly. The UI is nice and the reporting I need for my events is also great!

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

I am still learning about it so I would just say its my own issue with being uncomfortable within the system, but for what I need it for right now, it is helping me stay organized with my events.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy way to get my event pages up, manage my registered attendees, and send messages to them. I also like how I can duplicate an event page so I do not have to rebuild every time.

  ### 23. Great product with some kinks to work out

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

The premade templates that are customized with my company's branding, logos, and colors saves a lot of time. I appreciate having access to their stock photos. Guest lists are easy to manage and I like how easy it is to send an email to more people instead of having to make a duplicate.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

There really needs to be improvement in how the desktop templates transfer to mobile and tablet formats. It just completely breaks the page and I have had to completely redo Splash pages with a different template because of the mobile view. Containers are difficult to manipulate, especially ones that are prepopulate into a template. An email campaign was not going through and was stuck in the “Added to draft” stage and Splash support could not provide a solution in time so I had to recreate the campaign and send through Mailchimp. Please make a more intuitive interface for adding time and dates to event page. It would be nice if you could change the session type from multi-session to single session after event has been created. What is the difference between an empty block and an empty page block?

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash gives us analytics we wouldn't have by hosting regular virtual meetings. Splash is also helping us put our best foot forward by creating sleek looking web pages as opposed to traditional JPG or PDF attachments. It provides an easy way for people to register for events and manage contacts.

  ### 24. Big Learning Curve but Easy Once You Got it Down

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evelyn C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

I really enjoy how accessible the Splash team is. Everyone from customer service to billing always responds to my questions and concerns quickly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

It definitely took some time and outreach to learn how to work the site and how to build a good page. Some of the website design elements are not intuitive at all. Software like Wix is a lot easier to use.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy to have an all-inclusive event page. I don't have to use multiple software to run registration, promotion, live events, marketing, etc. I appreciate that everything I need to do for my company events can be done in Splash.

  ### 25. The best tool for designing event assets at scale!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Great design templates, interface allows you to make customized changes to pages without coding, integrates with all your systems (no more manually uploading event lists!).

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

There is currently no interface to create multi-page events. In order to achieve a multi-page (or multi-tab) event you need to create separate event pages as a workaround which can be labor intensive. There is also no mobile app for event attendees, but they have a great partnership with Guidebook that integrates with the product.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating event pages at scale across teams, being able to design your own pages without the help of a design or web team to update every small detail.

  ### 26. Clunky and Infuriating

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Motion Pictures and Film | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

You'd have to talk to marketing about this one.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

The biggest frustration is when you open an email template it reorders itself and is hard to keep track of causing you to delete templates you didn't intend on deleting.

Lack of email customization and design preset consistency with the landing page.

Saves are not always saved. Had to go back and make the same changes multiple times despite manually saving.

Some modules are hard to find and customization options for movement and resizing are generally clunky especially when translated to responsive design.

RSVP responses are auto set to send email alerts. This sucks.

Site was under construction at a crucial time for our team (we were not alerted of this ahead of time) and showed that all of our events were gone. When we reached out to customer support they tried to upsell services.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using it to design landing pages and emails pertaining to events.

  ### 27. Easy to use, great templates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

The premade templates, the options and abilities within the platform to make your event page look like you envision, the ability to save branded colors and logos across all templates

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

We were having trouble using Splash for client demo requests. ALso we found we couldnt use it for a multi-day event that had sign ups for different sessions and days within it.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to spin up event pages quickly, so Splash has helped us have the flexibility to do that. Also, we wanted a way to give our branch contacts user rights to download guest lists.

  ### 28. Useful, manageable, and easy for user

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lina J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Splash works best to track RSVP's and get information of events to all our mailing lists, also send reminders and record number of participants attending our events.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

I think it's easy for the users, I don't find lot of obstacles, sometimes maybe the information asking for each event can be extense but that depends on what data you might need.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to track all the participants and details of the events we want to promote in our School. Also, you can send easy reminders and have the numbers of participants easy to get.

  ### 29. Intuitive and straightforward event marketing tool for any and all experiences

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luc H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

The tool is robust yet simple. It has a lot of functionality and is so easy to use that anyone can jump in and start creating events with the snap of a finger.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

The Hubspot integration is not as developed as we would have liked. While the tool is designed to be "self-service", I wish the services offered by Splash for an additional fee were included in the package.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hosting events, tracking the success of the online events, automating processes, minimizing time spent setting up events, having full visibility on the people who register to our events

  ### 30. Robust, adaptable, and easy to use.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Splash allows us to quickly create high quality event marketing pages. It also allows us to quickly spin up landers for a variety of other projects. Splash is very adaptable and can handle high volume traffic.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Depending on your use, it can be challenging to design pages with. While generally I'm able to make updates myself, it is better to have a designer do this sometimes. The UX is similar to a website builder, but a bit more complex.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash allows us to quickly create new landers for events or long-term projects / campaigns. It does require designer knowledge to build with, but it's not terribly hard to learn. It takes some time, but after that you can quickly begin building pages. It's not as hard as PhotoShop, but not as easy as Canva.

**Official Response from John Wayne:**

> Thank you for the review. We're glad to hear you are successfully using Splash to create "high quality marketing pages'.
Let me know if you ever need any assistance or want to talk to someone about design. We've hosted some great events recently showcasing more advanced design techniques made easier to create and manage.

  ### 31. Amazing experience for all event and content needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valerie P. | Vertical Marketing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

The interface is very easy to use. The end product always looks very polished. Customer service is very quick to respond and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

It would be great to have customer service on demand (via chat bot or phone) for emergency situations (versus having to submit a ticket).

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Event marketing and registration is a breeze with Splash. Post-event, we usually turn the event page into a content resource hub which is super useful.

  ### 32. Convenience coupled with breadth of options

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oskar B. | Government & Social Impact Partner for CEE, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

It's relatively easy and quick to create an event page with Splash. Simultaneously, it offers relatively good range of customisation options what helps to adhere to all brand guidelines.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Sometimes, I wish Splash offered more customisation options especially when creating event cards so that sharing event of social media can achiever feel and look required by company's detailed brand book

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outreach to diverse group of stakeholders who are having various preferences when it comes to how that want to interact with us during the event and how thelhey prefer to take part

  ### 33. Helps me drive attendance to my events

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erick C. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

I love the pre-built templates our design team creates that allows me to plug and play when creating registration pages

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

I wish there was a little bit of flexibility when editing images (tints, sizing of images to play around with, etc)

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows our team to create registration pages that look appealing and professional in a quick manner, especially when we run so many regional events throughout the quarter. With pre-built templates its easy for marketing professionals like myself to just have to input the information we need.

  ### 34. Splash in an excellent Registration Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ken S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

It is a multisite tool, which allows our guests to register for events in various locations, but still offers local control at each site, per each event.
I have not used other tools, so can't really compare.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Some of the admin functions (which may be specific to our account) are cumbersome and redundant.
It would be great to have some preset defaults per site / event type.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows me to send a custom link to a set of internal and external guests to self-register for events and provide reminders, and communications post event.

  ### 35. Efficient and easy to use event management platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

The upsides of splash is that I can view all my events in one place in a single view. And within each event I have flexibility to design a landing page, manage registrations, send reminder emails, etc. As a first time user I found it very user friendly and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

I would say the only thing I dislike about Splash is sometimes when editing the landing page, inserting images and text boxes seemed finicky. I sometimes had to spend more time figuring why it wouldn't look correct.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash is solving our event management and planning issues. It allows our team to work together more easily as we have all visibility into each others events to make for better events as a whole.

  ### 36. Easy to Use + Helpful Customer Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Margaret B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Splash has been a great invitation platform for our events and programs throughout the year. It’s nice that templates can be prepared and saved ahead of time for quick creation, and we’ve found that it’s easy to edit across the multiple touchpoints which is important when planning many events all within a short time frame. We also have the ability to build in questions to learn about our invitees which is critical in growing our audience, and we appreciate that the platform is generally user-friendly for our invitees to navigate. And finally, we’ve found that the Splash customer support team has been very responsive and helpful whenever questions have come up.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

We have found that some of the design features can be limiting. For example, it would be nice to be able to create custom breakpoints for different screen sizes. In addition, it would be so helpful for guests to be able to RSVP to multiple events within one single invitation.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need the ability to create lots of invitations in a short time frame and Splash gives us the ability to do that quickly by being able to have our templates created ahead of time and ready for building. And the fact that it is user friendly and easy to navigate for our guests is so helpful. We also are able to pull helpful data from the system which has been very useful for us to understand and grow our audiences.

  ### 37. Obsessed with Splash!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felipe R. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

You can build events at scale and empower multiple teams to create their own events directly on the platform with minimal risk and less layers of approvals. Super easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Very USA-oriented, poor multilanguage and timezone capabilities if you''
re running online events in multiple countries. Bad integration with Zoom Webinar (mobile doesn't work). No native support to embed TikTok videos.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating events at scale, minimizing manual repetitive design work, easy content replication and landing page possibilities (outside of events).

  ### 38. likely to recommend Splash for in house marketing teams

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

- Lots of video tutorials, courses & blogs that are self serve so you can learn how to use Splash in your own time
- Support page is easy to navigate & it's easy to find solutions to issues that may pop up

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

- Designing between web/tablet/mobile is a little tricky
- It's difficult to know how many other teams/users have accounts - tricky for big global organizations that have a lot of events happening everywhere all at once
- No simple way to delete old event pages / archive

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Easy way for us to create landing pages for clients to RSVP to events
-Teams of marketing/event coordinators/designers can easily collaborate - user friendly even for non designers to begin making edits & using

  ### 39. Splash is amazing!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karsen C. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

I thoroughly enjoy using splash, it makes my job 10x easier through streamlining the process.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

If I had to pick something that I disliked about splash, it would be that some aspects aren't very customizable. It takes a lot of creativity to reach certain outcomes

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have to work with several departments to get a LP up and running, which would take a few weeks. Now I can get a new one up within 20 minutes.

  ### 40. A superb event hosting platform with ticketing feature.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sahil S. | Senior Marketing Operations Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

1. Can add customised fields on the registration form.
2. Great attendee tracking feature.
3.Integration with Salesforce is amazing.
4. Can change the member status to Checked in.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

The only thing I dislike about Splash is that the in house email notification template is not very good and can be improved.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Splash for event management and registration. We are hosting virtual events on Splash specially which requires any sort of ticketing system.

  ### 41. User Friendly and Great with the Basics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deanna M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Easy-to-use interface, very responsive and helpful support, great for basic events like 1-day conferences, dinners, etc.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Not as easy to use if your event is longer than one or two days. It would be helpful if Splash can handle multi-day events a little better, and sell tickets for different or multiple sessions.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash helps us with managing our registrants, selling tickets (via Stripe, etc.), and provides a clean easy-to-edit landing page (via templates, etc.).

  ### 42. Super Easy to Use and Customize

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Splash is super easy to use and customize. There is a wealth of templates and every time I've needed something a little out of the ordinary there has been an option to acomplish that.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Nothing major has come up yet that I dislike about Splash. I've been able to find a solution for everything I need.

Sizing options for assets would be nice. Example: your designer is making a speficic asset for a splash page - if the templates had asset ratios for specific banners that would be helpful.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash is allowing us to sell tickets, collect RSVPs and house all of the information about in person events that we create.

  ### 43. Splash makes online webinars easy peasy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

- I enjoy the User Experience, and the ease at which one can create the event artwork.
- It's useful to collaborate with colleagues, and view event statistics.
- The interphase is really professional.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

- It's a mission to export the participants, they need to be exported to email, then manually downloaded, then uploaded again into a readable format.
- The Email funciton doens't work very well, I prefer to email participants from Gmail/Mixmax
- A Zoom integration would be useful for webinars

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All learning events in one place. It's useful to create a hub/centralized page with all upcoming events linked out. Registration is seamless and easy. Storage is secure.

  ### 44. Overall great, would like some changes

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shel M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

It's an easy way to create an event page and organize information to present to my target audience.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

The registration data pages are a mess. It's very hard and not intuitive to get it set up properly. Would like more customizable options when it comes to color/font/etc.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needed a way to provide event information; Splash gives me that opportunity in a clear way and it saves me time overall. We can track registrations and ensure that metrics are being met.

  ### 45. Splash review for Zendesk

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Abilites to turn on and off are very solid. HTTP Post customization is far above some other competitors.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

It does not have it's own native Webinar hosting. If Splash had it's own webinar hosting platform it would be better than most.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash is able to solve little nuances around usage in relation to integrations. Triggering, customization, and options at the event level help enterprise admistrators build integrations to scale.

  ### 46. Excellent tool for event planification!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Everything is in one tool: the event page, email invites and a user-friendly check-in system. The customer service is also very responsive if needed.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

the integration with the crm could be better.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

na

  ### 47. Easy to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Splash makes event management easy. Right from intuitive landing pages to at-event check-in of attendees, it makes tracking and reporting much easier. I particularly like the integration with our CRM.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

There are some minor design flaws with the landing page builder. It can be a little tricky to get page customisations just right - but becomes easier with practise.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash automates the manual process of uploading static lists into our CRM - with our integration not only does all the ateendee statuses upload automatically, it also creates a new program when I create a landing page. It also makes tracking attendees via event check in much easier.

  ### 48. Splash is accomplished tool but there is room for improvement

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick R. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

In regards to events this Tool has almost everything you need in one place.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Ease of use and simplicity are words I would not associate with Splash. More drag and drop features would bring my rating up to an 8/0.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash provides everything I need in one place for all facets of wcent management. From landing page creation to nurture streams, everything is in one place.

  ### 49. Splash for easy event management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maike H. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Splash is easy to use, looks amazing and helps me in managing my virtual and IRL events! The Splash Support team is so nice and helpful too.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Page designs are sometimes difficult to adjust for a non-designer. Adjusting event pages for mobile for instance can sometimes be tricky.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily registering guests and confirmations and reaching out to confirmed guests helps me in saving so much time!

  ### 50. Looks nice, but sometimes hard to navigate

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

The splash pages that we create always look very nice and professional. I'd say that the customer experience side is pretty good.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

I hate how hard it is to find a project that I was previously working on. I have to search for it and it never comes up, I have to try weird combinations for the "smart" search to work.

I also hate how hard it is to create the landing page sometimes. The formatting is incredibly finicky and rarely works the first time.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need a landing page, splash allows me to create a landing page.
