"Obsessed with Splash!"

What do you like best about Splash?

You can build events at scale and empower multiple teams to create their own events directly on the platform with minimal risk and less layers of approvals. Super easy to use.

What do you dislike about Splash?

Very USA-oriented, poor multilanguage and timezone capabilities if you''

re running online events in multiple countries. Bad integration with Zoom Webinar (mobile doesn't work). No native support to embed TikTok videos.

What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?

Creating events at scale, minimizing manual repetitive design work, easy content replication and landing page possibilities (outside of events).

"Splash has revolutionised our approach to event marketing"

What do you like best about Splash?

I honestly don't know don't know how I did my role before Splash. The biggest benefit for me is its integrations and reporting ability. All of my event data sat in spreadsheets before and was extremely hard to quantify, whereas now I can hop into Splash and pull up the analytics straight away. The integration with Salesforce and auto-campaign creation is extremely helpful and take away all the previous manual work of importing lists!

What do you dislike about Splash?

Not a downside as such and I know it's something they're working on but obviously as everything is digital in the current climate and webinars are the main source of events, just really working on building out those integrations with webinar tools so the experience is smoother.

What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?

Like I mentioned about, the reporting and automation is the main benefits for me. I also love how all of our event pages are on brand with our website - rather than using a third party landing page. And we can do it all ourselves without having to involve the design team!

"The Simplest Way do events"

What do you like best about Splash?

I love how easy and navigable splash is. The platform makes so that even the most beginner user can quickly spin up a landing page and get their point across. I also love how customizable the pages are.

What do you dislike about Splash?

I do not like that my company does not use the new Zoom integration.

What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?

The only main problem I experience is remembering to edit everything from a template. I often find myself forgetting a certain small detail that is not on the main page but my users end up noticing, like a calendar invite for example. I can quickly spin up a page on the spot when asked for a new event page to start getting registrations.

"Splash helps us create a splash in the 'Identity Space'"

What do you like best about Splash?

The marketing team at Okta uses splash extensively. We use it to create impactful campaign landing pages, track registrations for respective events and sign ups. Its easy to filter/categorize and get the data thats most useful. It syncs well with other CRMs like salesforce that makes it very conducive to use, while collaborating closely with sales teams. Its a very intuitive tool and easy to use. A huge benefit for growing businesses.

What do you dislike about Splash?

Sometimes it won't sync with Salesforce and we have to pull separate lists and tally them.

What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our landing pages are designed on splash. its very easy to clone and create new pages quickly. Its very easy to navigate and offers impactful designing. The tracking of links clicked and pages visited, success of the campaign etc make it a winner tool.

"Splash is amazing!"

What do you like best about Splash?

I thoroughly enjoy using splash, it makes my job 10x easier through streamlining the process.

What do you dislike about Splash?

If I had to pick something that I disliked about splash, it would be that some aspects aren't very customizable. It takes a lot of creativity to reach certain outcomes

What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to have to work with several departments to get a LP up and running, which would take a few weeks. Now I can get a new one up within 20 minutes.

"Fantastic events platform for both digital and in-person events"

What do you like best about Splash?

Splash makes the whole event process come to life. It works well with lots of tech to ensure you can create good and consistent events each time. The design tools are great and the platform integrates well with Salesforce making it easy to keep track of campaign members.

What do you dislike about Splash?

Sometimes the integrations can be tricky to set up and the documentation online on certain subjects can be tricky to find.

What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we switched most of our events strategy to online with Splash, we were able to create very high-quality events and webinars by using Splash. They allow us to update the design so it looks like all events are owned by Culture Amp, and provide great on-demand options.

"Splash – game changers in event communications"

What do you like best about Splash?

Ease of use. The software has a similar interface to other web platforms such as Squarespace & Wix, so it didn't take long to get up and running. Wherever I encountered a question or problem, Splash would almost certainly have a training resource to help my query, or their great customer support team would be on hand to help.

What do you dislike about Splash?

Design features aren't as extensive as some other larger, design web platforms.

Recommendations to others considering Splash:

Do not hesitate. The platform for us, paid for itself within the first couple of months, just in terms of time saved. It has really added value to what we do, and has been really well received throughout the business.

What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have evolved how we produce internal communications for our extensive range of events that our company puts out. Our events are key to the culture our company tries to employ. The past 6+ months using Splash has really added value to what we do.

"Professional Looking Event Assets for the Busy Marketer"

What do you like best about Splash?

Splash is effortless to use and learn, and I know many programs out there claim to be easy, but Splash actually is! I have had to wait weeks for Landing Pages for webinars, live events, and conferences to be created by marketing ops, but with Splash, I can get all that work done in a matter of hours. The best part is that I never have to compromise the customer experience. Every event page is both attractive and efficient.

What do you dislike about Splash?

Splash is not an email marketing automation platform and so it performs best when paired with a technology like Marketo (which it easily integrates with). Yes, Splash can send some invite emails and of course, reminders and confirmations, but it can be challenging to manage lead acquisition. Additionally, some of the UI can be tricky to use if you like to personalize every aspect of a landing page. My team created beautiful templates to use, but let's say you need to add a partner to the event or change the color of the text, or something else that is outside the constraints of the template, it can be difficult to tailor the template to your specific needs.

What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most marketing automation platforms have very difficult and limited landing page templates to use. The creation of said templates is limited to the marketing ops team and can take weeks to develop (not to mention the HTML edits). With Splash, regular event marketers can easily create event assets and manage their entire event from within Splash itself. Our marketing ops team can spend more time managing important matters like leads and reporting, and event marketers can work quicker and more efficiently.

"Great UX & Easy Setup"

What do you like best about Splash?

Some of the best features of Splash include how quickly it is to setup an event, being able to segment guest lists and the messaging feature. They all work great hand in hand. You can easily have an event setup in less than 10 mins. Import your guest list and segment it by ticket type, access level, etc. It's easy to message guests that haven't RSVP'd or that or in a specific group with the messaging feature.

What do you dislike about Splash?

One feature that I would like added is the ability to add pictures in the registration form. Another feature that would be helpful for your team is a hotel and accommodation integration. Before COVID, we had a lot of guests travel and it would've been useful for them to book their hotel directly during the registration process.

What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can quickly create an event and deploy it to our employees. We don't have to think twice about it. It's simple to use and intuitive. Being able to message specific guests dependant on various criteria saves us a lot of time.

"Great for managing events!"

What do you like best about Splash?

I appreciate how easy it is to check attendees in at an event through the splash app. We checked in over 900 attendees in 45 min. Highly recommend! Not to mention it is user-friendly!

What do you dislike about Splash?

There are times that I wish that we could edit the calendar invite being sent to registrants. It currently does not allow us to turn on reminders in the invite.

Recommendations to others considering Splash:

I recommend it if you have users who are not very experienced and have a large number of events.

What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?

We host a lot of trainings at multiple locations for our company. So splash allows us to manage all of the events and the registrations in one sole source for the whole company.
