"A good analytics solution but limited use potential"

What do you like best?

The best part about this software is its ability to adequately identify beforehand what the customer experience problems are.

What do you dislike?

The focus is too narrow. I feel like I was not able to properly identify all the problems.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are trying to streamline the ways our customer care reps can handle customer requests.
