The software can be slow, and UI is a bit idiosyncratic **Recommendations to others considering SpiraTest:** Be prepared for a lot of initial setup; changing workflows after the fact is a bit challenging and the API has a lot of quirks. **What problems is SpiraTest solving and how is that benefiting you?** Multiple teams across different stakeholders working on the same product and having a top down approach to testing. ### 2. He offers a lot of key feature to do a test structure. The UI is great and we are able to customize the product almost as we need. **What do you dislike about SpiraTest?** The Jira integration has some lack, every SpiraTest project have to duplicate Jira information. The test cases, suite and run is prette hard to follow. We can't really have a good follow on the test runs because after a run the test cases have results and run disappear. And the versioning is really missing. **Recommendations to others considering SpiraTest:** I suggest to use SpiraTest for the company who are in no needs of versioning and suggest too to use the SpiraPlan suite to have a complete look on all the possibilities it has. We were all Jira base when we used it and can't switch the whole team on it, so maybe it's the reason it didn't go has expected, but I suggest to do the trial and the Spira team live demo before buying it.
