The platform is easy to use, once you get the hang of it. It's something you can pick up easily if you have basic video editing skills. The team are very friendly, and are always around to help. There isn't anything I dislike, but there are some aspects of the video building tool that could work better - e.g. select all/multi select option, use of keyboard shortcuts for different capabilities (blade vs select), audio opportunities could be better utilised, this didn't work very well when we were using it. It would be good to see more audio formats supported as well, as some stock audio sites only deliver in WAV. A colour picker tool would be helpful as well, to try and match background colours with assets already available. Capability to link and/or lock elements as well would be helpful during video creation - hope this helps! Template editor needs some basic TLC. It's not clunky but there are a few things that can be improved. Dev team is quite open to feedback and I believe they are already working on improving the editor.
