What do you like best about SpinOne?

It has been a great experience using Spin.ai for our Google Workspace security.

Focus on Google Workspace: All of the users are sync automatically, it takes away the hassle to import and export users.

Data Loss Prevention: Accidental leaks – Spin.ai allows you to set policies to keep our sensitive information safe.

Third-Party App Monitoring: We used many external tools, and Spin.ai keeps an eye on them too. It's great knowing we're covered from all angles.

Overall, Spin.ai has been is has a whole security package for Google Workspace. Easy to use, implementation, and with great customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SpinOne?

Spin makes backing up my entire Google Workspace environment very easy. I have a lot of control over which users and shared drives are backed up. The pricing is reasonable and the dashboards are easy to understand. There are some helpful security features too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpinOne?

I wish I had the ability to delete data out of a shared backup drive. There's no easy way to free up space if you fill up your allotted amount of space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We're glad to hear that you find SpinOne convenient for backing up your Google Workspace environment and that you appreciate the control and security features. One approach for freeing up space is to consider deleting entities. SpinBackup customers can delete entities (users, shared drives, or sharepoints) if needed. As you noted, this applies to the entire entity and not a subset of the files or data. SpinBackup will maintain the data for 7 days in the event the customer needs to restore the data. What do you like best about SpinOne?

The best things I like about SpinOne is their support. When I look for a product the total cost of ownership is a key factor for me. Their support has been incredible and insturmental in me intergrating thier platform into my orginization. Additionaly in regards to thier platform, the multi day backup options, ransomware scanning and automatic onboarding and offboring is key with my limited staff. Finaly their backup and restore process is incredilby fast compared to my previous service and others that I tested. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SpinOne?

So Norayr from the spin team was on top of addressing the issue, and was flexible to meet and work with my schedule. The sofware is pretty easy to use and overall has alot of features build in to it. The archive user feature is the one i used the most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpinOne?

That we need a active license from google to backup the user into Spin. Other platforms can backup without the user being active in google. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
