"Easy to use thorough backup solution"

What do you like best about SpinOne?

SpinOne just works. Easy to set up. It makes backups and restores simple. Very happy with the product. It even automatically licenses new users from Google Workspace and moves them to Archived when they leave the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SpinOne?

I have been utilizing the comprehensive solution known as SpinOne for over a year. My company currently lacks the resources to establish a dedicated security department. SpinOne has proven invaluable in automating a substantial portion of our security procedures. Furthermore, its continuous, round-the-clock operation, bolstered by artificial intelligence capabilities, obviates the necessity to onboard a significant number of security experts in order to fortify our defenses and safeguard our mission-critical data within the Google Workspace environment. What do you dislike about SpinOne?

When it comes to areas for improvement, there are few criticisms to make. good for "shared drive" but "my drive" on Google Drive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SpinOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

Very early time to use SpinOne, I just confused to find out the file which I want to find and where.

Because, I used "My Drive" to share the file with my collegues at that time.

Maybe "My Drive" change folder name and path to others.

After I use "Shared Drive", file path and directory has absolute name, so everything is simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SpinOne?

We have been utilizing successfully SpinOne for over 4 years and I like the the fact the platform can replace up to 4 vendors: SaaS backup, SaaS DLP, SSPM, and SaaS Ransomware protection vendors. As a result, you get one dashboard, one invoice, and one support - very easy to manage your SaaS data and it’s cost effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpinOne?

Currently SpinOne supports Google Workspace, M365, Salesforce, and Slack and it would be nice to add support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HubSpot as well since these 2 apps are mission critical for our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SpinOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

SpinOne helps our company identify how our employees share sensitive information outside of the organization, improves compliance, fight with data loss and data leak cases due to human errors or randomware attacks and provides full visibility into misconfigurations and unsanctioned Apps and Extensions that have access to our SaaS data.
