Ease of use and a well designed UI without simple and reliable restore functionality. The onboarding process/implementation for Google Workspace was a breeze and the sales process was methodical. Before Spin AI, we had very minimal security. We had interviewed quite a few Cyber Security Companies but did find a good fit with our company. We were impressed with how SPIN AI monitors by behavior. It also provides very detailed information on how to resolve security issues and improve your security infrastructure. The Google backup is very easy to use. We have had to pull information from it a few time these past few months with no problems. I do want to add that there staff has been amazing. While I don’t need to use it every day, I love knowing it’s always running smoothly in the background, ensuring my backups are consistently up to date without any issues. This reliability gives me genuine peace of mind because I never have to worry about monitoring it or troubleshooting. On top of that, the Customer Success Management (CSM) team does an excellent job keeping me informed about my account and any new features they roll out.
