Our onboarding was very fast, and data was being backed up immediately. We have not seen many glitches, and even when there is one, Spin tech team generally reaches out to us before we notice it on the dashboard. We use it the application sparingly mainly to spot check that the back ups are working, and just getting ready to roll out End User access to restore their data themselves. **What do you dislike about SpinOne?** You can't backup from Google and then restore to Microsoft or vice versa. This would help make migrations significantly easier and something spin should really look into. I also think they could benefit from a client based back up solution. In some cases, we need a client on a desktop or a server as the data does not play well with Google or Microsoft Cloud Storages. **What problems is SpinOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are now getting consistent backups. With our old application the back ups were not as consistent, and in some cases we had months of gaps that we could not get their support team to get resolved. ### 2. The custom success managers and support engineers are incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible to ensure you're getting the most out of their software to meet your business needs. We were very pleased with the customer service and tech support during the demo period, and during the process for implementation and provisioning. The dashboard shows me what I need to know at a glance. The restore process is quick and easy. Onboarding policies automates about 90% of the work I do to manage accounts for incoming and departing users. I use the API to automate the daily check on provisioned accounts. I want to think about a data backup service like a fire extinguisher - always ready but minimal maintenance effort required until then. It didn’t take very long for Spin to reach that status for us. **What do you dislike about SpinOne?** We haven't found anything to not like yet. **What problems is SpinOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had been using another service to back up our Google domain for years.
