**What do you like best about Spindy?**

Spindy is a US company that focuses on engaging customers through fun, game-like experiences. They create marketing strategies for some retail customers to improve their customer loyalty and they do by not offering gifts or bonus instead of they lets customers spin a rewards wheel in their mobile app for a chance to win up to 100% cashback on their purchases.

**What do you dislike about Spindy?**

Since I’m staying in India, I couldn’t find the Spindy app on the Google Play Store and haven’t used it yet. I came across information about Spindy online and got excited about the idea, so I don’t have any dislikes about it at the moment.

**What problems is Spindy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Spindy?**

With the help of Spindy app, I was given the spinning wheel and mini-challenges that enabled me out of the rather dull and tiring loyalty point systems. I have even found a couple of new restaurants which I didn’t even know existed owing to Spindy.

**What do you dislike about Spindy?**

The bonuses that are often mentioned can be unimpressive. The cash back percentages generally are not very high, along with the points needed to redeem any sort of decent value.

**What problems is Spindy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spindy makes me learn new business and I find it entertaining to be browsing through. It is useful in as much as it helps one to be rewarded occasionally for some activities they undertake.
