It is certainly an improvement to the existing Sage 200 distribution, as it is possible to email multiple documents to multiple customers or supplier contacts, as well as printing copies and archiving the PDF files generated into a pre-defined file structure, all at the click of a button! **What do you dislike about Spindle Document Management?** The only real (very minor) downside is that it can sometimes be quite time-consuming to align Spindle backdrop Forms with the Sage 200 report layouts. However, on the flip-side, once these have been set up, Spindle just works and our customers rarely report any issues. **What problems is Spindle Document Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a Sage 200 Reseller, our customers regularly approach us to request assistance for automating certain processes. When it comes to the distribution of the Sage 200 reports in an abnormal way, Spindle Document Management is very flexible and normally comes to the rescue! For example, one of our customers has recently requested assistance in setting up specific Sage 200 Works Order Processing-related bespoke reports to be processed via Spindle, so that they are printed from specific printer trays, containing different colour paper, depending on the Sage 200 Due Date Month. Spindle criteria was added, in conjunction with newly added Printer Profiles (one for each tray), to allow for this requirement and the customer was delighted with this new automation. ### 3. This has created a bit of a hurdle for full user adoption across our team. However, we recognise this isn't a direct like-for-like comparison; the system is doing more than standard Sage functions. We are optimistic that as we embed the software further into our internal processes and begin utilising the more of the functions, we will see the full return on our investment **What problems is Spindle Document Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Documents are stored against records and can be opened within the app, making them easier and quicker to find for everyone. So, if a customer calls about a letter they have received you can look at their account and see exactly what has been sent. This is a very useful tool if staff are absent and you are covering. You can send multiple documents out at once in a few clicks knowing that they will all be linked to the individual accounts for future reference which means we are more efficient and time can be spent on other duties. **What do you dislike about Spindle Document Management?** There's nothing i can think of at the moment which can only be a good thing. **What problems is Spindle Document Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Very useful when providing staff cover, everyone has access to all correspondence sent out.
