"A Must-Have for Mission-Driven Teams Managing Outreach & Impact Calls"
5/5
What do you like best about Spiky?

As a nonprofit, every conversation we have with donors, volunteers, and communities matters. Spiky.ai helps us capture the full value of those calls. Its AI pinpoints key moments, summarizes discussions, and flags action items so our small team can stay aligned and focused. We’re no longer losing important insights in long call recordings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spiky?

I do not have any dislikes about Spiky so far. Even though we had some product specific questions at first, their support team was extremely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spiky?

User Interface can be more developed in website. Mobile application support is very important especially sharing the document and analysis. There should be more fancy customizable interface for sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It has turned me into 3 people"

What do you like best about Spiky?

Spiky’s live feedback has been a game changer for us. My reps see objections pop up in real time and immediately know which play to run without having a manager listening to the calls and coaching. Because the guidance is baked into the call, playbook adoption has shot through the roof, and I can coach off hard data instead of gut feel. Since rolling it out, I’ve watched win rate, booking rate, and deal qualification rate all move up and to the right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spiky?

6 months in and nothing yet... I'm really enjoying the tool and the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love using it for my meetings. I don't have to miss any info. Insights like my talk-to-listen ratio and my follow-up rate helping my communication skills a lot. It feels like I have a personal assistant with me on every call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spiky?

The platform has too many features.Which is generally not a bad thing but some information could be hidden, for example, post meeting metrics summaries could be customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Huge time saver across the entire company"

What do you like best about Spiky?

I love the detailed results I get for minimal behaviour change. Massive results for essentially no difference in behavior is incredible. Goes far beyond normal note takers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spiky?

The UI could use some polish to make it more user-friendly. Not saying it's un-friendly, but the technology is more impressive than the design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The AI Meeting Assistant That Actually Delivers"

What do you like best about Spiky?

It captures the key points, identifies action items, and helps me quickly revisit important moments across calls, chats, and shared documents — all in one place. The engagement breakdowns and emotional tone analysis add a layer of intelligence that’s hard to get elsewhere.

Whether I’m leading a strategy call or joining as a listener, I know Spiky has my back. It keeps things organized, insightful, and fast — saving time and boosting how we work as a team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spiky?

The experience has been smooth and the platform delivers real value. Of course, there’s always room for small enhancements as the product evolves, but overall, Spiky has been a strong addition to our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Tool for Real-Time Feedback, Particularly Helpful for Sales Managers or BDs"
5/5
What do you like best about Spiky?

The real-time coaching nudges are impressive, and genuinely do help sales people drive quality conversations depending on how the pitch is going. I haven't seen that elsewhere in the market. The direct integrations (Zoom, Google Meet) are great and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spiky?

Some advanced analytics and customization features are still maturing. It’s clear the product is evolving fast, but larger teams might find certain workflows a bit limited for now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful AI Insights That Drive Real Beahvioral Change"
4/5
What do you like best about Spiky?

Spiky.ai has become an essential on how to approach communication coaching and performance development. What sets Spiky apart is how actionable the data is—this isn’t just another analytics platform. It delivers real-time, behavior-based insights that are clear, digestible, and immediately useful across teams.

It can be used across a range of roles—sales, customer success, leadership—and the feedback is consistent: people can see how they’re showing up and what they can do to improve. The emotion and engagement analysis is particularly insightful, and the AI-powered coaching nudges make change feel achievable.

The team at Spiky is also incredibly responsive and committed to making the product better. They're invested in long-term partnerships, not just tech delivery.

If you're serious about developing high-performing teams and leveraging AI to do more than just surface issues—Spiky is a no-brainer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spiky?

While Spiky.ai delivers powerful insights, the initial setup takes planning, and some users may find the volume of data overwhelming at first. Like any AI tool, it occasionally misses context, so pairing it with human coaching maximizes its impact. You’ll also want to be thoughtful about privacy and compliance when rolling it out across teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A bold and much-needed approach to the future of sales"
5/5
What do you like best about Spiky?

Spiky brings together multiple data points—voice, language, meeting context, and follow-up actions—into a single, unified flow of intelligence. This seamless integration enables commercial teams to act faster, with more clarity and personalization. It’s rare to see such depth and precision in a solution that remains lightweight and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spiky?

I wouldn’t say I dislike anything, but as with most fast-growing platforms, there’s room to mature in terms of advanced customization and some support for new markets and languages. That said, the roadmap looks promising, and the team is clearly responsive to feedback. I really believe in it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
