## About SpikedAI
SpikedAI is a Digital Twin platform built for knowledge workers who operate in live customer conversations, sellers, customer success teams, deal strategists, technical sellers, and revenue operations leaders. Rather than reviewing a conversation after it happens, SpikedAI's Digital Twin enters the conversation with the person, in real time: prepared with account history and context before the meeting starts, active during the exchange to surface answers and next-best actions, and responsible for the follow-up work once the conversation ends. The platform is organized around a Digital Twin architecture built from six coordinated agents, a Conversation Agent, Knowledge Agent, Meeting Prep Agent, Deal Simulator, Proposal Agent, and Reasoning Agent, that work together rather than as separate point tools. Before a meeting, the Digital Twin compiles a Know Your Customer (KYC) briefing from CRM records, past conversations, and account history, so the user starts each conversation without manual prep. During the conversation, it tracks the discussion live across Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and in-person meetings, surfacing verified answers, buying signals, objections, and competitive context as they come up — sourced from the company's own knowledge base rather than general AI knowledge. After the conversation, it automatically turns decisions into CRM updates, proposals, and follow-up content, syncing bi-directionally with the CRM rather than requiring manual entry. A Simulator lets users rehearse difficult conversations, discovery calls, objection handling, competitive situations, before they happen, with the Digital Twin playing the counterpart. Every interaction the Digital Twin observes feeds back into its own model of the account and the user, so its guidance is intended to improve over time. SpikedAI is designed to sit alongside the CRM rather than replace it: the CRM remains the system of record, while SpikedAI functions as the system of engagement and execution. The company, headquartered in Palo Alto, California, is a member of the NVIDIA Inception program and runs on Google Cloud infrastructure.
