I used Spike and I must say it is a great tool for networking. I in my firm was able to unify our chats, collaborative docs, groups, and emails into one feed, helping us achieve peak productivity. The magic AI helped us to enhance the productivity as it worked as an assistant which replied to emails, brainstormed took notes etc. we were also able to connect our own email domain, and we were also able to communicate when my team was in any part of the world as well, the communication is seamless, perfect for private team collaboration. What I did not primarily like about Spike is the UI which is not built for beginners, as it gets very complicated also the dashboard needs a lot of work as it is dull and unattractive and the tools present also hard to get by. When I tried to integrate the calendar it has some technical fault and needs correction. The pricing is high, and Spike allows lacks neutral networks that can speed up the contacting process. First of all, I liked this kind of correspondence in the form of a chat, this is why I chose this product.

gathering emails and chats in one place is perfect for me to perform my work very efficiently without having to move between tabs to go from one platform to another and answering chats that confused me where I answered them or Of so many open applications I did not answer all the chats, since I have Spike as part of my work I have felt more organized in my chats and emails to answer. I needed to pay to try all features out, but then I realised that Spike missed some critical features so I emailed them within 24 hours of my subscription asking to cancel my subscription.
