# FASTcall Reviews & Product Details

FASTcall is an AR assist app for mutual assistance and the development of conscious consumption. With FASTcall people help each other to use things correctly, saving time, money, energy and passing on knowledge. In FASTcall, it is easy to transfer knowledge to each other: the person who provides assistance immediately sees what his interlocutor sees, and can suggest a solution with voice and augmented reality tools, such as arrows with numbers and lines drawn with fingers on the screen. All of these AR things attach to objects and remain in place, even if you turn or move away. FASTcall is a part of the FASTEP user support platform, which is aimed at manufacturers of industrial and household appliances. This SaaS platform also includes interactive AR guides, which, together with video communication, form a turnkey solution for labor optimization and after-sales service.
