The software is simple to use on any device, easy to customize, and works online. It’s affordable, flexible, and they quickly add new features when we ask. Customer service is great for our help. **What do you dislike about SphereWMS?** Some parts of the software are a bit tricky but make sure the data is right. Updates can be slow and a little confusing, but they always get the job done. The billing feature that lets us customize prices for each customer is a big plus. **What problems is SphereWMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The setup team really knew their stuff and gave us useful tips we had not thought of, which made us work better. The software helps us manage inventory, connect with other systems, and keep track of sales.
