SphereIQ is an enterprise AI operating system. It connects a company's business systems, builds a knowledge base from everything the organization knows, and lets teams search that knowledge, get cited answers, and build governed AI agents on one platform. The platform has five parts: - Connect: MCP-native connectors with change data capture and reverse actions, for systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Jira, Slack, Microsoft 365, NetSuite, Databricks and SharePoint. - Company Brain: a knowledge graph, enterprise search and RAG with cited answers, a semantic layer and persistent memory. - Enterprise Twin: a living model of systems, processes and people, with system discovery, dependency graphs, process mining and AI-readiness scoring. - AI Factory: an AI agent builder with workflow orchestration, an evaluation harness and a template library. - Governance: a policy engine and guardrails in the request path, an immutable audit ledger, AI cost attribution, PII masking, human-approval workflows, and EU AI Act and GxP packs. Teams use SphereIQ through Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, website widgets, forms and batch runs. Access permissions are applied before content reaches AI models, and SphereIQ does not train models on customer data. SphereIQ is SOC 2 Type II certified and can be deployed as SaaS, in a single-tenant VPC, or in the customer's own cloud.
