What do you like best about Sphere?

Sphere allows us to scale as a company without worrying about running afoul of tax compliance issues and not needing to hire additional headcount. I love how we can register, calculate and file taxes for US states and Canadian provinces all from one platform (without ever having to touch a government tax portal again!). Sphere's solution is modern, cost effective and their support is also lightning quick if we ever have questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sphere?

No complaints at this time, cost scales with business, but it is just a fraction of what it would cost to do the same compliance by hiring staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sphere solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem Sphere is solving for is that no tax compliance vendor out there is doing global registration, calculation and filing under one roof. That means I would've had to use multiple tools and advisors which would mean more cost / work for me. With Sphere, I only deal with them and they take care of everything. "The only tax compliance solution with end-to-end VAT automation"

What do you like best about Sphere?

We were using Avalara for registration and filing and Stripe Tax for calculation internationally. It was a pain going back and forth between systems and a lot of things just weren't automated. "Tailored support and automation for US sales tax"

What do you like best about Sphere?

We had a bunch of issues with our last sales tax vendors and Sphere helped us undo a lot of it and get us compliant across the US. I also love their slack based support - I rarely wait for a response more than 10 minutes! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sphere solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think there's a lot of vendors who do US sales tax compliance but they tend to not do it well. There are only parts of the process that are automated (e.g. filing) and support is usually lackluster. "We never have to think about US and EU tax compliance again"

What do you like best about Sphere?

They not only offer US sales tax coverage but also do international VAT / GST which is important because we have customers around the world. We were doing EU VAT coverage manually before and it was a huge time suck. Now everything is automated with Sphere and it plugs straight into Stripe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sales tax and VAT on autopilot"

What do you like best about Sphere?

What do you like best about Sphere?

We have large ACVs and getting tax calculation correct is not only paramount but we need ongoing support to cater to the various nuances of our products across states (and international regions).
