Speqly turns site photos into a priced, itemised proposal in about ten minutes. The contractor photographs the job on the mobile app. Speqly reads the images for dimensions and materials, builds a costed scope of work, and produces a branded proposal. The client opens the proposal online and accepts it on any device. The contractor sees when it is viewed. The pricing engine learns each contractor's own rates over time, so quotes move closer to how that business actually prices work. Approved costings push to Xero or QuickBooks Online as a draft invoice with itemised lines. Speqly is built for UK trades: kitchens, bathrooms, extensions, landscaping, electrical and plumbing. It suits sole traders and small crews who quote from site, not from an office. Apps for iOS and Android are included on every plan. A free trial gives 14 days and five projects with no card required.
