Simple UI to view, helpful support team that will answer your questions, easy to integrate with your current accounting software requires not much changes to work flow. Easy download of statements which allows checking between statements on Spenmo to our accounting software. The customer service team is very receptive to feedback and always gets a response regarding any issues we encountered. Command and control is easy as we are able to set a limit of how much each card can spend, and able to individually see each user has been spending on what expenses. Feature yet to be refined like a more powerful search engine like searching by vendor name or having simple macros to select dates easily like current month transactions or past months transactions. some fields are not implemented as of yet causing it to still be 10% manual when doing reconciliation into accounting software. There are payment issues that arise that cause delays in our payment flow (partner issues), UI issues, certain limitations in terms of where Spenmo can send funds to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My company used to use the old traditional way of reimbursement for benefits like self-development allowance, and it took quite some time to deal with the invoicing, etc. Now with Spenmo, we can do it effortlessly.
