Easy to follow dashboard. Great help to have documentation saved within SpendWise (quotes, receipts, etc). Able to pull required reports for budgeting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spendwise?

Search option for purchase order item or description. Search has to be exactly as listed in Spendwise. Dashes or spaces have to be included (or excluded). Not being able to tailor vendor information as shown on a purchase order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Spendwise:

I think Spendwise is a great option because you can easily upload/add your vendors, GL codes, inventory items, and more. There's many different features within the program (we have yet to optimise all of them) to make it well rounded, and all users seem happy to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Spendwise solving and how is that benefiting you?

we're able to easily run reports on Spendwise showing a detailed breakdown of costs and codes to see where our heavy spending is going. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spendwise?

Spendwise is very easy to use even if you're not familiar with this type of software. It has a note, pdf, and PO upload system which is very useful and doesn't require extra e-mails to be sent out to get approval. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spendwise?

What do you like best about Spendwise?

We are not sure if this is a limitation of Spendwise. There wasn't a way for me to see all of the POs raised for a single for a vendor by several of our company colleagues. I was able to see the POs raised by myself and one additional colleague. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spendwise?

We use Spendwise mainly for the purchase order system. It's been very useful in tracking our expenditures, particularly because one of our suppliers seems to constantly have fluctuating pricing on their invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spendwise?

It would be useful to be able to send our workers the PO without the pricing attached to it so that they can see the order and track it without calling the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
