SpendNote is a browser-based petty cash app for small teams that handle physical cash. Every time cash changes hands, you record it in seconds: amount, purpose, who gave it, who received it, which cash box. SpendNote generates a numbered, printable receipt (two copies on one page, or a PDF). Each cash box keeps a live running balance, so you always know how much should be in the drawer and who handled the money last. The whole team works from the same data on phone, tablet or desktop, and every entry is tied to the person who recorded it. At the end of the day, print a daily cash report for any cash box: opening balance, every cash in and cash out, the expected closing balance, and a section to write in the counted cash, any over or short, and who counted and verified it. At month-end, export the filtered transactions as CSV or PDF for your bookkeeper. Need a single receipt right now?
