Data management automatically happens based on form changes. Administrators can add/update new expense categories and options easily through a browser interface. Approval Workflow: Customizable approval workflow process. Role based access to the approval system and automatic routing. Receipt Management: Scan and upload receipts and attachments as part of the Travel expense claim form. Managers and accounts have the option to allow or disallow expenses depending on whether receipts are available or not. Monitor and Track: Monitor and track the status of ‘My Requests’ through the personalized travel portal. Know instantly where your requests are.
