War for talent, home office, the entry of a new generation into working life: The world of work has undergone a lasting transformation. Companies must adapt to this in order to attract and retain skilled workers. This can be done particularly well with digital employee benefits that show employees their employer's appreciation time and again and thus motivate them. A special bonus if both sides save taxes with benefits. SPENDIT AG offers three smart solutions for this: spendit | Lunchit (food allowance) as well as spendit | Card, a prepaid credit card for non-cash benefits. spendit | mobility - the newest addition to the portfolio provides mobililty solutions via a flexible mobility budget and Deutschlandticket for public transport. More than 7000 companies are already benefiting. When will you join them? .
