While the functionality of the tool is robust, the maturity of the support features and process (product roadmap, release management, etc) has been less mature. The graphical user interface is superb, and the ability to easily reach standardized views of our spend data is very good. There are certain quirks of using the Power Filter functionality that make it challenging for some of our less tech-savvy users.
