SpendHQ is a "Best in Class" spend analytics tool. It is customized specifically for your business, and only took 4 weeks to implement. Together we executed multiple stakeholder reviews to further validate the categorization in the tool. The solution as it stands today is focused on Spend Analytics, so some of the other sourcing tools (ex. Contract Management) are not supported. The new platform is faster and more customizable than before. I can run all kinds of reports by vendor, GL, department, and location. Those reports are not just to export the data but to create customized dashboards to share with team members and create graphs within the online platform.

First off, the SpendHQ team has been very responsive to our needs and request. They are proactive about seeking feedback whenever possible and are great about helping us stay on track whether it be data refreshes or any requested training on the platform. Secondly, the tool especially with the updated platform has been really easy to navigate. It is more intuitive and more flexible to allow us to create the views that we would like to see. The ability of the platform to handle such massive amounts of data and generate reports at a rapid pace has been a life saver in many instances especially last minute request that may come up.
