I absolutely love having someone else manage the renewal process with vendors. It's such a time-consuming exercise and usually a last-minute hurdle to cross. I really appreciate having an advocate in my corner. I recently worked with Kaushik, and he was excellent! I didn't think we'd be able to realize any cost savings with our renewal, but he managed to get a reduced rate and alter future language in our contract that would be in our best interest.
